AVOID USING THIS COMPANY: They are untrained, don’t show up when assigned, are short handed so they can’t handle any patients, they take double money out of your accounts. They only try to schedule the day before even with advanced notice and wait until it’s too late to get other care..they leave your loved ones stranded and let them fall..we had to call 911. They are unable to perform simple tasks such as basic care. They are not equipped to handle memory care patients at all. I tried them 3 times..2 were complete fails..any future requests were fails! To date I have not received back the

Employees in charge of scheduling (Barbara, Ariane) pleasant, kind, friendly, professional, and accommodating. Employees sent out to assist were excellent. Customer service is top-notch; someone would always call me to follow-up to ensure that there weren’t any issues that needed to be resolved. Very happy with this establishment; employees are to be commended for outstanding service.

My husband is a physician with a specialty in geriatric medicine, and I am a biomedical engineer. We take our responsibility to our frail and ill loved ones and our patients very seriously. I am Power of Attorney for an 87 year old relative in Torrance who is very sick and needs blood and iron infusions. My relative has been a client with 24/7 Home care for more than 5 months. Im a private nurse and have religiously used 24 hour care for the last 3 years for patients. 2-3 years ago this company was a completely different company. So reliable and amazing customer service. This year something has changed. Caregivers are arriving late. I'm not being notified until the morning of a shift that caregivers are not available. This is so disappointing. It hasn't just been single incidents, but multiple. Can we get 24 hour care back please?

I've been very pleased with both the individual caregivers who tend to my Mother and the excellent communication with the Torrance Office of 24 Hr In Home Care. The caregivers are attentive, supportive, encouraging, responsible, and mature. They seem to know just what to say to get Mom to do things she needs to do. We consider them to be a part of the family.

We had an urgent need to have a caregiver within 5 hours and Jesse and the 24Hr Care Team came through! The caregivers that were provided were very well trained to handle Alzheimer's and difficult situations that really provided comfort to me and my mom while my dad was sick. They were very trustworthy and I felt they were my eyes and ears when I could not be there. Also, they provided the same caregivers as much as possible which made my mom feel like she know what was going to happen!! I am so very thankful and would recommend the Torrance Team Always!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company's efforts to provide my mother with quality 24 hr care. She has 3 different caregivers, Florence, Linna and Rebecca, who all provide her with great care in their own ways. Account rep. Jesse always makes sure my mom has a substitute that she will be comfortable with and even Sonia in the billing dept. consistently emails me the bills immediately for insurance purposes. It gives me peace of mind to know that, unlike the much smaller agency we used to be with, 24Hr Care has never failed to provide my mother with a caregiver in times of illness with
