I have been going to Jen at Image Rx for several years for my Botox and filler. I moved out of state and continue to see Jen regularly. At 67 years old, I want to look rested and fresh -- not a plastic Barbie face. So happy I was referred here. The staff is delightful; the place is immaculate; and I feel safe as all Covid protocols are followed.

I came here a couple weeks ago for a little tune up before my birthday lol. And I love the results. I love Jennifer! She has great attention to detail and makes me feel relaxed, comfortable and answers all my questions. Kaylee at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart. Definitely will be back before Christmas so I look on point for all the family coming into town and family photos lol

Jenn is my go-to for Botox placement! I always trust her recommendations and get awesome results, freezing the places I want and still retaining movement where it is needed. The salon is nice and clean and the people at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Jenn and Image Rx!

Never straying again. I got botox from a place closer to my home and what a disappointment. I truly believe that place diluted their products specifically botox.
I will never go to any place but image Rx from this point on. Been going here for years and they have always given top notch service. Jen has done phenomenal work on my lips and botox. She is honest and prices are fair. I love this place and the professional service they offer. I don't mind driving a few miles more for honest and great service.

I recommend image Rx to everyone! I have been going here since 2009 for all of my aesthetic needs. Do not hesitate to visit Jennifer and have her help you with whatever it is you would need. Botox, different types of lasers, fillers, dark spots removed, longer eyelashes, perhaps stopping the aging process, or Photo facials. One thing I can tell you is I have always felt so comfortable and so welcomed by her staff and they have always been so accommodating in every situation over the years. I buy latiese from here. On two occasions now I have rushed there after work only to see that at 5:45pm they are closed and not answering the phone. Another occasion I got there at 5:30 and the credit card machine was already closed out. Maybe the hours listed should just be changed so people don't waste their time. I have thankfully found a place closer to work so I am not wasting time.

I went to Image Rx for the first time last week. Jen came highly recommended by several of my friends. I had filler in my lips and this is seriously the best they have ever looked. I went back this week to Jen for Botox and again I'm thrilled with my results. Jen is very honest and knows her stuff. I've been getting treatments for over 17 years and I finally found the best place to come. I also love the vibe of the front office, everyone is super sweet and helpful. Jennifer is amazing!!! She is so gentle with the needle that you can hardly feel it. Most importantly, I drove her crazy with how I wanted my lips to look and she was extremely patient with me and wanted to give me exactly what I came for. She also gave her professional opinion about a certain part but was respectful to ask me first before just doing what she wanted. I'm so happy I've finally found someone I am comfortable with to do my lips and Botox! I'll be back in a few months time!

Today was my first time seeing Jennifer for Juvederm fillers around the lips. I am 36 years old, but have deep lines around my upper lips even though I've never smoked. After receiving a raving recommendation from a friend, I went in today thinking I'd need a whole 1ml syringe of the product to take care of my "problem". I was pleasantly surprised when Jen assured me that I only needed a half of a syringe for the results I expected. This is my third time doing this procedure, and by far the best experience! The results are amazing! No bruising. And I paid a fraction of the cost

I really wanted a natural big pout. So I did some research and finally decided to come to Image Rx. The office in itself is very nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Jen did an amazing job to achieve the look I wanted. She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Her technique is one of an artist. She is also very down to earth and kind which made me feel 100% at ease.

I had a first time appointment with Jen for some Botox. I've had Botox done for years but unfortunately my regular girl was not available. With that being said, I knew what to expect, told Jen where and how much I usually do and we proceeded.
That was when I was shocked. She had me frown and then just jammed that needle around my forehead. I was horrified! I'm used to an ice pack being held in the area where the needle will be going, told to frown, and the needle is gently placed and the Botox is inserted. Repeat until all areas are completed. Her method is completely unethical
