I’ve been a patient at Crystal Vision for many years.
I moved from the area and tried another eye clinic, none measure up to CV.
They are friendly, courteous and highly professional. Dr. Endres is amazing!

Had an emergency eye problem and was given appt the next day. Friendly staff and was treated efficiently and throughly and with great care. Dr. chase is wonderful. He explained everything he did and told me what to expect after I left clinic. I live in Texas so I was a new patient. He wrote a full report of what he did and will fax to my own eye dr. In Austin, Tx. If I lived in Minneapolis I certainly would have him as my personal eye dr and highly recommend him and his clinic.

Everyone is very gracious, personable and top notch friendly. Walk in the door greeted with a nice hello. Technician is so happy and right on her job. The best for last, Dr. Emily is my number 1 optometrist she does her job with complete intrigue and professionalism. Thank you all for doing a great job.

I looked online for an optical shop that carried the Outspoken line of glasses as I was looking for a specific frame and was having no success. I emailed and Enrique responded almost immediately. He searched and found the exact frame I had been looking for and emailed me with updates so I knew exactly when to expect delivery. He was professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Had a great experience from start to finish. Getting there and parking was super easy. The front-office staff were friendly and efficient. The person who did the preliminary tests was also great. Dr. Bruehl was wonderful at explaining everything and answering all my questions. At the end, she asked me whether I wanted a printed prescription or to look at glasses there. There was absolutely no pressure at all to buy glasses there but she just let me know in very simple terms what my insurance would cover if I did choose to get glasses there. B/c there was absolutely no pressure and the process was

On May 24th I went to Crystal Vision to find new glasses with my brand new prescription. I was so blessed to work with Naki! She listened intently to my preferences, offered a few observations of her own and proceeded to pick so many outstanding options to try. She was both friendly and thorough; truly showed the love of her job. I can't wait for my new glasses to come in! Very satisfied.

I brought my son (with Autism) in for an eye exam and to purchase glasses. Dr. Minnich and her assistant were great and did the most thorough eye exam I, or my son have ever had. They were also super kind and patient with my son, which is a huge bonus! It was also a very clean, attractive office and they were following covid protocols very well. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I'd highly recommend them!

Wonderful visit from start to finish! I've been going to the eye doctor since I was just a little kid and this was by far the best office I've been to. Was greeted by friendly, welcoming faces, no wait time, and had a thorough exam with Dr. Chase Endres who is so knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile for you! Also, the new technology offered here is really awesome! Did not have to get dilated and did not have to do the always dreaded "air poof" test. Lastly, they have a huge selection of glasses to pick from with helpful opticians who really know their stuff. Will recommend

This place is not a good place to go . If you have medical assistance you will get treated different ! This has been going on forever !
You should not judge someone because of it especially when you do not know why they have MA.
I called and made an appt for a check up and they only see "ma" clients at a certain time 11 and 2 , that's it.
And another thing the front desk is rude not polite .
Find another place to go !

My First experience with them was alright, wife and I ended up with 3 pairs of glasses and 2 rx sunglasses. My glasses actually fit and felt so well, I wanted an identical pair...called them up, went and paid for them, being we were there weeks before, they had all the ordering info...picked up second pair, pulled them out a few days later, and immediately noticed the frames were no where never close to my originals, came with extra ear pieces, which first set did not, and not even the same color, at least the rx is correct. Called a few days later, and was told there was nothing they would do

I was so excited to visit this clinic, I was referred to it by a friend. It is a little out of the way if you are not a resident of Crystal, but I figured it would be worth it if I could find a long term eye Doctor.
The woman who did the pre exam stuff was rude and dismissive when I asked about the contact fitting prices. She actually said, "you can go somewhere else if you would like." I went on to do the exam, the eye doctor (she) was very nice - the exam went well. I left and came back a few weeks later to look at some glasses and order some contacts.

I went at the recommendation of my wife, who had a good experience there and they were one of the VSP clinics.
The exam and everything surrounding getting my contacts(Corin was VERY nice and very good at getting me ready with contacts) and glasses went ok and the doctor was very nice(Dr. Enders I believe) and explained plenty of things and I felt the exam itself was great and very thorough. It took a little while, but that can be expected since I had to get both contacts and glasses set up with a new prescription.
The major issue I have with them is things were not explained very well as far
