First of all, the apartment is great if you're not home often, otherwise neighbors are extremely loud, you can never find a parking spot unless you bought a parking garage. Management are responsive but handle things to they're own convenience. They penalize you for stuff for being 3 days late for rent and charge you 200 dollars when they're app to pay rent was down, but when you ask them to fix the gate they could care less, but that's ONE of many things, overall I don't enjoy staying here and im only here 5 hours outta my day

I love living here !!!! The staff is remarkable they help with everything with no delays very quick on their feet. They are always quick to assist whenever an issue arise. They love making the residents feel at home and also are very happy to see us when we come in the office. I wouldn’t choose any other place to live. I enjoy harpers retreat as if I’m enjoying Cancun. 😉😀 also I love Esther. She is so professional and very courteous!

I truly thought this was an apartment complex that I would stay at for a few years. Sadly that’s not the case anymore. Within a few weeks of being moved in I noticed multiple roaches (the German roach kind which means infestation) pest control came out twice & sprayed a can around places & put a ton of roach traps around the apartment (ew). Well it didn’t help so he told me that they would need me to basically move out so they could bomb the apartment. No thank you? We are not moving out to move back in. Then the windows are ALWAYS falling out of socket & one fully came out so I called the

I'm a current tenant here. Apartment was not at all (pristine) moving in conditions. It is far from luxury living the pool does not work, Animal waste is regularly left on sidewalks and in the grass. There is not adequate parking for tenants and what they do have are so small and close together you can't open your doors properly to get out of your vehicle.

This place is fine i guess but the parking situation is absolutely atrocious. The parking spots are very narrow and everytime i get out of my car it’s like crawling out of a hole. Additionally there are not enough spots as frequently i need to park in the front of the apartment although my apartment is in the back. I would highly recommend these apartments! I moved here for my first apartment & i absolutely loved it. While moving out on my own I was already nervous enough, but the staff made the transition very simple & were very nice throughout the whole process.
The area is safe and the complex is beautiful. I would walk my dog late at night and felt completely safe. The neighbors are great and quiet. The manager (Laura) is amazing & her staff is just as great, they are able to satisfy every request & in a timely manner. The amenities are wonderful & always kept so clean! I love how the Staff stays connected

When we first moved in it was good, the place stayed clean. As time went by the maintenance slacked on cleaning. The construction crew would leave their trash laying around. The maintenance also flooded my apartment 3 times and all the office said is we can come clean it tomorrow!! REALLY!! Like I'm going to leave water on my floors till the next day!! But what really makes me not recommend this place is that you have to pay your rent on time (which I always did) or else you get late charges. BUT when they owe you money like the return of your deposit or a charge at the end of your lease

We have lived here since November of 2017 and we absolutely love it! The grounds are wells kept and the facilities are in great condition. The pool is super clean and relaxing. Also, the staff is very helpful and nice. If you have an issue with rent or maintenance, they will immediately take care of it. The management team also hosts residents events like BINGO! We love attending these events and can't wait for more!

I have lived at Harper’s Retreat for over a year now. I love living in this community! The front office staff is responsive to needs and is always helpful and understanding. The community is kept clean and neat and maintenance requests are always completed promptly. I haven’t had any issues with Harper’s Retreat, and I look forward to continuing to live here!

Lived here more than a year. Very beautiful inside the apartment. Some of the products used are cheap, but I don't think you can really expect more from newer developments- unless you own the newer development.
That said, it can be noisy. I live in the top floor and you would swear someone was on top of you with the rumbling steps from below. My downstairs neighbor ways had waaaaay more people than a one bedroom could accommodate. I never complained to management, I just dealt with it because I'm not home too much anyway.

Simply put, this place is great! I've lived here a couple months so far and have really enjoyed it. The management staff is nice and helpful, and my apartment feels like home. Plus, the property is constantly hosting resident events like bingo and food trucks which has been a life saver more than once after a long day.
