KVS is Executive Vice President, heading Indecomm's Global Operations for the Mortgage Services. He is currently based in Charlotte, NC, and responsible for the Operations and P&L delivered across five centers in the US and India. KVS has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, and his areas of expertise include business process outsourcing, operational excellence and profit and loss management.
Prior to joining Indecomm, he held several management positions with Citibank N.A. in Retail Banking, Investments and Insurance. KVS was part of the core team that set up e-Serve International Ltd, a Citigroup Company to provide back-office operations for various Citibank units across the globe.
