I got my first arrangement delivered from Bloomers through an on-line flower delivery company. The arrangement was nothing like I had ordered and it had poor quality filler. I was going to take it to my sick friend, so was quite disappointed. I called Bloomers and spoke to a woman. She said she would have it done again and delivered that day. A few hours later, a very nice man brought it to the door and I was delighted with the new one! It was much more than I expected. Thank you to Bloomers for making a customer happy.

Great customer service! I live in the East Bay and needed a delivery of flowers to a person in the South Bay for Valentine’s Day. After some Google research I came across a few florists I like. I called one and they had their phone off, I assume they wanted people to order online to save time. For me I wanted to speak to someone who is knowledgeable about floral arrangements and when I called Bloomers they were just that. Chose a beautiful bouquet of flowers and the employee was extremely helpful. For the recipient, she said the delivery was professional and the flowers turned out perfect! Thanks
