Very beautiful flowers, very well organized. My girlfriend and I love them. Also, Urban Flora accomdated my request to change the pick up date without a problem. Highly recommended!
Feedback: the pick up location is a little hard to find. You need to find the street and drive very slowly in order to not miss the location. But that is a very minor problem.

I am EXTREMELY happy with my arrangement!
Last year around this time I found Urban Flora on Yelp. Since then, I have been waiting for a specific friend's birthday to order some flowers from them. This arrangement is mesmerizing!! I am also surprised how big the medium size is, it is definitely worth the money! I am very glad they were able to use her favorite flowers, as requested!!
I will definitely be ordering more flowers from the in the future!

I received a delivery for my anniversary last Saturday. While the flowers were quite pretty, the arrangement looked as if a child had arranged them, no balance, no symmetry, and after seeing the charge on our card for $191.00, I was stunned. I have made many flower arrangements in the past for events and used many florists in the Bay Area, but this was way overpriced and was very sloppy arrangement. They also left the flowers on the porch in direct sunlight, and they began to droop and shrivel by Wednesday. Yes, I watered them! I totally appreciate the effort my husband put in to sending

'I purchased flowers at urban flora for my daughter and son in law who were expecting their first baby. I had a wonderful experience with the owner of the shop. She was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had the flowers delivered to the hospital where my daughter was delivering her baby. The flowers were beautiful. After a 5 days of having them, they still look amazing. I highly recommend urban flora for anyone who wants a beautiful arrangement and don't mind spending a little extra money for a special occasion."

I ordered from them for a birthday surprise for a friend - all online as I'm in an entirely different state. I'm not especially adept at floral arrangements, so I chose the florists pick with a nice vase :) I'm so pleased about that being an add on, since the gift was for a young adult - who very often don't have any vases at all.
They made the process super simple and were lovely about keeping me updated via texts!
They even made sure to confirm the delivery directly from the driver. I would definitely order from them again! It also doesn't hurt that the arrangement

I contacted Urban Flora through Instagram to order a bridal bouquet and some flower arrangements for our intimate wedding ceremony. They responded fast and gave me the estimated price. I had been following their Instagram page for a while and I was already in love with their beautiful unique arrangements. Van contacted me and provided a dashboard with the sample pictures and the color theme I had in mind. Everything went so smooth and organized. I was beyond happy when I saw my bridal bouquet on my wedding day. It had everything I wanted. All the flowers were so beautifully arranged and were delivered

Thankfully I connected with my team mate asking her if she received anything only to find out no delivery was made. I called the business and left a message.
Without anyone contacting me for two days I called back - I was finally able to get a different number from when my friend has used them and FINALLY got someone to pick up.
They told me the FORGOT about the order (mind you I paid upfront for this and they're not cheap). I mentioned

1000% recommend! My husband and I were getting a photo shoot in the city and the bouquet was just perfect. I didn't even really know what I wanted and gave her a rough draft of pink and reds and sent some photos of what I liked and by far the one that Urban Flora made hit it out of the ball park! I so wanted to be impressed with them since the reviews were glowing and the pictures of arrangements were just beautiful. My sister gave birth and was in a lot of pain, so I ordered same day, a medium bouquet in a vase, specifying that her favorite colors were purple and peach. I thought it would make her feel better.
My sister sends me a photo of the bouquet and it's like predominantly white with some peach and one strand of purple. And I am not even sure the flowers all looked fresh either, some looked smashed. I am just disappointed. I was going to order bouquets from Costco but

I ordered a floral arrangement for my Mom to celebrate her retirement. The arrangement was beautiful and she loved them! I looked online and talked through some of the styles on their website that I liked and they put together an arrangement I was also super happy with. The vase is also super pretty and my Mom keeps refilling it. We confirmed a delivery time during our phone call, and they even sent me photos to support/confirm delivery, such great customer service!
I hope to have more excuses to order flowers for friends in the San Jose area because I want to keep using Urban Flora!

It's really hard to find a florist out of town, Yelp to the rescue! I was able to find this flower shop by going on Yelp and Instagram to see all their beautiful flower arrangements. I was able to order online and the delivery was quick and the communication with the florist was great. Everything was done online and the florist sent me a picture of the arrangement once it was delivered. The flowers were beautiful and the prices were reasonable.

If there are minus stars, my experience at this flower shop deserves minus 100 stars!!!! I literally CANNOT describe how disappointed and unpleasant I am right now. I called in to order for a combination with 32 roses. This order is technically from one of my friends in Japan, but due to the communication gap and time difference, I helped her to communicate with this flower shop. We made the order two weeks ago, BUT on the delivery date, I got a text from the girl, the owner's assistant, saying that she miscalculated the price and for the order, we need to pay an additional $112? This is the flowers on the fourth day after I received them. I really do believe if I wasn't obligated to make my own plant food (as directed by the store since my bouquet came without) these would look much better for longer. For how expensive they are I really do believe they should be looking better only 4 days in.
Update: Valerie from Urban Flora reached out to me and so kindly delivered a small hand wrap bouquet to make up for the previous mishap.

You can just tell how much care and effort Urban Flora put into making such a gorgeous arrangement. All of the flowers were masterfully selected for color combination, artistic display and freshness.

We were sent a new bouquet due to the first one being damaged from the heat during the trip here.
The second bouquet was gorgeous and the flowers look fresh and beautifully arranged. I'm glad BB took the time out to make it up to us and send us a beautiful bouquet we could enjoy while we are sheltered in place.

Ordered 300 dollars of flowers. They did not have the selection they claimed to have on their website, and replaced flowers without asking permission, and lied about asking us. Our cats are highly allergic to roses and threw up after eating a couple petals. We should not have to watch our cats constantly because of Blissful Blooms' error. Not only did they try to pass this off as a minor mistake, they would not give a refund and instead offered a coupon code. We will never order flowers from some instagram flower shop again. They are completely and utterly incompetent as well as highly unprofessional
