Being unaware that the shop closes at 2PM on Saturday, we came to Adorable Flowers at about closing time to order in person a very special funeral flower arrangement because it needed personalization (certain design modifications). We caught Ms. Mai and her husband, the shop owners, as they were closing for the day. Yet they took us in and patiently worked with us on the design modifications we wanted, carefully took our order and today, personally delivered our special flower arrangement to the funeral impeccably. Mai is the owner, she's wonderful, cute little shop! And her daughter is very helpful too, the pink/purple hair girl, she can make cute puppy arrangements, I love it!
They are small business owner, good folks, I like to order from them for my corporate events and such; proms, birthdays, weddings, they can do it all.
The top 2 florist shops in San Jose that owns by my people that i would like to support.

My girlfriend's favorite flowers are tulips so I when I saw the tulip and rose combo on their site I just knew she would go crazy for it! Unfortunately they ran out of tulips the day I was supposed to pick it up, but Mai kept constant communication with me and went above and beyond to make sure they could get some tulips by my pick up time. Thank you so much Mai and others for helping bring some love and joy to my girlfriends day! 10/10, definitely coming back here! :)

Flower deliveries are always expensive but the prices here were very fair. I was able to put in an order for same day delivery the day before mother's day. I was shocked that they did same-day deliveries and even further shocked that they were able to accommodate my request before, what I imagine, is their busiest day of the year. On top of that, they delivered the item before noon the same morning I ordered it. It was so incredibly fast. I ordered a bouquet that looked like a birthday cake with candles on it and it was super cute.

I live in LA and have family in San Jose that I wanted to send flowers to. I ordered three separate arrangements last night to be delivered today. I called in the morning to ask if they could text me pictures before delivery so I could make sure it's similar to what I actually ordered and let me tell you, the actual arrangements made were better than the pictures online. If you're looking for a last minute flower arrangement, this is your place! I am so so happy with my arrangement that I got in 15 minutes. I came in asking if there are any flowers already set for sale, unfortunately there wasn't. So she put one together for me in 15 minutes! It's honestly an art to be able to put a bunch of flowers together and make it appealing. I told her that I'm not really into flowers as in I dont know what i want. I wanted something girly and happy. That is exactly what she did for me and I am extremely happy with the results. Please don't knock

I made a super last minute order for Valentine's Day and they delivered! Very professional and easy to work with, they made a custom arrangement for my wife and it came out exactly how I described it! They followed up with me to make sure everything was perfect and they even delivered it to my third floor apartment. WOULD RECOMMEND!

This was my first time ordering from Adorable Flowers. Wow, they really hit it out of the park! I bought a small bouquet to send my grandma. I didn't pay extra for the fuller bouquet and just got the base line bouquet. It was so full and vibrant! I was so impressed! I'm 100% making this florist my go-to florist for the San Jose area.

I ordered these flowers and what I received was crap. When you pay for something beautiful I expect something beautiful. I went back and showed them pictures of what they advertised and what I received all the lady could say was sorry. They won't be able to stay in business with that kind off arrangements and customer service! Don't waste your money!!

Initially I thought that a four star review would suffice, but I think it's best to go with a 5 star because they delivered early, left a vm, responded to an email and have flowers for what I was looking for. I don't know my flowers, I don't have a green thumb and I like new styles of flowers and so I went with Autumn sugar maples that consist of various chrysanthemums and other greens.

My sister ordered flowers for me from Adorable Flowers. The flowers look beautiful, fresh and smell amazing. The wonderful bouquet came in a blush pink glass vase.
I was not home at the time of delivery, in at that point the man delivering the flowers reached out to me by phone. I advised I would be home in 5 minutes and he was kind enough to wait for me to confirm I received my flowers.
Based off service and the flowers themselves, I will definitely be returning to Adorable Flowers for future needs.

Just ordered a flower delivery for Mom's Day. I liked the site, the location was near mom, and I didn't have to deal with any of the big flower delivery companies that always screw up orders.
I have high hopes that the plant that mom gets will be something she can keep for years.
Oh! The cost was reasonable. Some places soak you for plants as if they cost as much as cut flowers or were as short-lived. Props to them for enticing me from competition found on Yelp!
