CPGI is a boutique real estate services firm that specializes in all aspects of tenant and landlord/owner representation for both leasing and sales, centralized in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Client relations are our priority and we are focused on providing a comprehensive and satisfying real estate experience in every matter we partake with our clients.
CPGI has the first-hand knowledge and experience of all aspects of client representation. We've been on all sides of the transaction, representing sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and sometimes a combination of several simultaneously. The art of brokerage demands a versatile and adaptive team that is goal oriented and driven by results yet is well versed in sound brokerage fundamentals.
CPGI offers property management services for its exclusive, existing clients only. We have a full service management program that covers the full scope of client needs: tenant screening and acquisition, property maintenance & repair, rent collection and accounting, and eviction proceedings. While we have plans to expand our management services further, at this present time CPGI is primarily focused on transactional brokerage services.
Over the course of providing real estate services we often have the pleasure of meeting and networking with other businesses, people, and principals who exemplify the core elements and values we strive for each and every day. Those on this list have shown steadfast consistency in the importance of business relationships and have delivered the highest levels of customer service and excellence in their respective fields.
We strives to improve the usability and accessibility of our website and mobile application for all users, including those with disabilities. Our efforts are ongoing and are tested on a periodic basis using various forms of assistive technology. Our testers include individuals with disabilities who are native users of assistive technology.

Truly an amazing company. GPGI Real Estate Service is truly based on customer satisfaction. Johnny was very respectful and always asked to make sure my wife and I were happy. They're part of the few who people who still believe that the customer is the fuel for their business which is why they are a very attentive and they try their best to go above beyond the standard. I've already recommended them to several of my friends and they treat all of then with the utmost respect and always ensured they are happy.

They claim to be "transparent", a key word they like to throw around but they are anything but. They are deceiving, dishonest and conniving. There's not enough space or time to list all of the issues that I encountered with this husband and wife "Real Estate Company". Be warned.

There are a lot of people who say customer service is dead. If you believe that statement then you need to work with Johnny and Jesse because they will change your mind. These two are a power couple who will give you 110%. They are ALWAYS available and are very generous with their time. They keep it real, but are also very patient with your wants and needs. What separates Johnny and Jesse from the rest is that they're not just trying to sell you a piece of real estate, but they actually care about you and your success.

I am a mortgage broker and We, as a mortgage broker, understand that a real estate transaction is not simple. CPGI will make it simple for you. Johnny and Jesse will take a big load of the process off your shoulders and make it look really easy. I feel that all buyers should be taken care of during the process especially if one is new with the process and they will do just that.

Cpgi represented us in the sale of our home during the covid pandemic and I just don't have enough words to express how professionally they handled everything during this trying and uncertain time. The stress of selling your home is hard enough, but when challenged by covid nothing can compare. Johnny and Jesse tediously took care of all the precautionary measures and made sure our minds were at ease. Sometimes your time frame for selling or buying a home cannot be paused, as in our case, and thankfully we were able to have the great team of CPGI taking care us. We also live out of state

Just completed a commercial loan with Ms. Jesse Cho of CPGI on an office building I own, and it could not have gone better. I've been in the real estate business for 40 years now, and I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that loans secured by commercial real estate have never been more difficult to obtain. My experience with CPGI was quite contrary to the current rule though. I simply filled out my application, provided the necessary documentation, and before I knew it we had loan approval and funded a few days later. Incredible in today's lending atmosphere! I would recommend Ms. Cho to anyone seeking

We bought our first home with CPGI. Johnny is an exceptional broker and we were surprised that he worked with residential and were ecstatic to have him as our agent. It was back in 2010 when it was a buyers market! We were young and had no clue as to where we wanted to buy. He did not pressure us to pinpoint a location nor was he ever impatient with our ever ending list of houses that we wanted to view. We viewed houses from south OC all the way to Pasadena. Johnny and Jesse showed us all the houses we wanted to see and was ever so patient. Now we look back and wonder why we didn't focus

We've worked with Johnny of CPGI for the first time in March of 2016 when we bought our house. He's always been very positive and dedicated to finding us our perfect home. We probably would not have been able to move to California from New Jersey if it wasn't for Jesse and Johnny Cho of CPGI. They were an invaluable resource being SoCal natives and went above and beyond to help us make our move as smooth as possible.
