From the first time I met Minnie, I knew she was the one. She’s passionate, bright, enthusiastic, competitive, knowledgeable, and has incredible work ethic. No matter what time it was (at night or on weekends) she was on call and genuinely wanted to help me like she was buying her own home.

I literally cannot recommend Minnie & JHT group highly enough. Minnie stands apart in her field because she isn't trying to pressure or tell you to buy a house you don't really want and she isn't telling you how much you should bid, but she asks the probing questions and provides you with the strategic guidance to help you get the outcome you truly want.

During this 'Sellers Market' period, Minnie Kim made our overall experience pleasant. She was very patient and professional.
