Chinese medicine combines both science and art; this ancient practice follows the natural changing of the seasons. Our bodies reflect what is happening in nature and are prone to imbalance as the seasons change. Utilizing Chinese and herbal medicine we can guide our bodies to find balance and optimal health by stimulating specific acupuncture points, using the practice of herbal medicine and the ultimate medicine, food.
Your initial visit will last between 90 to 120 minutes. There will be a detailed intake followed by a treatment. At the end of your visit we will discuss dietary and lifestyle recommendations, herbal protocols and dosage, and a detailed treatment plan. Your follow up visit will last 60 to 75 minutes.

I saw a post responding to this article on instagram recently and immediately pulled up the article; at first glance I was annoyed and frustrated that someone could write something so misleading and as I sat with it I felt sad and disappointed for all the women who would read it and take it to heart thinking it is no big deal or of no consequence that they are on hormonal birth control thinking it will either "fix" their condition or remove the inconvenience of bleeding.

I am so grateful to have Kerry's support during my pregnancy. Kerry is intuitive, gentle, and full of wisdom. She always makes me feel seen and treats every symptom that I bring to her with empathy. As someone who has difficult pregnancies I have been so grateful for her non judgemental support. "My husband and I tried for two years to get pregnant and were starting to think we were going to have to take a medical approach to fertility. I immediately felt I could totally trust Krystal, and her gentleness and compassion are so nurturing. She did an amazing job getting rid of my upper back pain (that had lasted many days) using cupping in only one session! I really enjoy her acupuncture treatments and she totally listened to my request to do her amazing head and foot massage each time to help me relax and get into my body. This was a truly unique acupuncture treatment, where I felt cared for and skillfully treated both physically and spiritually. Krystal is a true healer and attunes to levels beyond the physical symptoms. She provided a beautiful office environment which immediately began to allow me to relax and open. Krystal has such a gentle spirit and has been instrumental in my healing process, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
