Child Care Consultants, Inc. (CCC) has served the community for over 30 years. As the Early Learning Resource Center for Regions 9 & 10, CCC is committed to helping children, families, and early childhood education programs be successful.
We support low-income working families in paying for child care and provide resources, training, and on-site technical assistance to early childhood education providers to help them improve their program to ensure that every child is successful in school and life.

Financial assistance for eligible families through the Child Care Works Subsidized Child Care Program (funded by the PA Department of Human Services). Keystone STARS (Standards, Training/Professional Development, Assistance, Resources, Support) provides families with a tool to gauge the quality of early learning programs.
Choosing a quality early care and education program and using valuable community resources are some of the most important decisions you will make as a parent. Child Care Consultants (CCC), believes that parents are their children's first teacher and the experts in making positive choices for their children.
We suggest you print a copy of this list and take it with you while visiting prospective child care facilities. Participation in Quality Improvement programs such as Keystone STARS or national accreditation. Selecting and monitoring a child care provider is the right and responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Child Care Consultants is the hub of child care information and resources for families, child care providers and our community. CCC manages the state Child Care Works Subsidized Child Care Program that assists eligible families pay for some or all of the child care costs incurred when parents are employed and/or in training.
