Our family had been taking our cars here for around 25 years. The service has significantly went downhill and they have caused catastrophic failures to some of our cars within the last few years as well as some friends and family's vehicles.
Most recently we took our 2004 Suzuki XL7 (barely driven at only around 120k miles) here for a gasket repair that required removing the upper intake manifold. Upon receiving the car back, the next day a ton of smoke was blowing out from the exhaust pipe. First appointment was due to a referral from A-Z radiator Service. Wanted to have the brake fluid changed. Made the appointment and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Owner was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Priced this service at the Acura dealership, more than $160. J & B, same service, I think it was under $70. Great service, honest shop, fair price. Give them a shot next time you need service.

Coming from a younger mechanic these guys are professional and honest had my civic sitting in my garage for 5 months stumped on a vacuum leak and couldn’t find the issue without having a smoke tester or the right equipment. I got a call 3 hours later while I was asleep because I work night shift later that night at work was worried my car would have been outside because it was one of the worst storms this summer and didn’t have a windshield or hood on the car as it’s going in for paint soon. Called up the next day come to see my car was dry and they kept it in the shop over night. Appreciate

Looking for a new mechanic is always a tough thing to do but J&B turned out to be an excellent decision for me. They got my car in and out in a hurry, they told me exactly what needed to be done, and they even got the work done for less money than I expected to pay, by a pretty sizable amount. J&B is definitely going to be my mechanic of choice going forward and I can't recommend them enough after my experience there.

We recently had some work done at J & B. It was the first time and I can honestly say they did a great job. During this difficult time they made it so easy to drop off, get the work done quickly and get it back to us without ever having contact. This is the only place I will take our vehicles in the future

Kind and knowledgeable mechanics that take the time to explain what they come across after looking at your car. No pressure here from mechanics trying to up sell jobs, they just want you to leave happy and in a safe vehicle. My family has brought all of their vehicles here for close to 30 years ranging from 1990 Volkswagen Jettas, various Honda Accords and a Pilot, Dodge Pickups and now my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. You can't beat the honesty behind these mechanics, something you don't always find at a dealership unfortunately. I always recommend J&B!!

If only 0 stars was possible. It has unfortunately taken me quite some time to get around to writing this review. With everything going on, I found myself with some down time and thought it should be known how absolutely terrible my experience with this place was. A friend of mine who worked for Snap On highly recommended I bring my 300zx twin turbo here. He assured me that the owner and technicians "specialized" in turbo vehicles and that I would be in good hands. I've had 2 repairs done here recently and am happy with the service. They were recommended by another repair shop that specializes in transmissions which I originally thought was the cause of my first repair.
For the first job I had to wait a few days to bring in so it's a good idea to call ahead to see how quickly they can get to your car. Once I dropped it off it was completed in 24 hours as they said it would be.
The mechanics that I've dealt with there all provide great info on what is being done, as well as what they notice may be needed in the future. I really felt like

They are the most honest and trustworthy mechanics I have ever encountered. Another local shop diagnosed an air conditioning repair, with a quote of around $1000. We brought our car to J&B for another assessment, with the intent to have them complete the repair.
Eric, at J&B, took the time to carefully examine and test the system. He identified a simple fix and the entire repair was just over $100.
Eric, Bill, and each of the mechanics here, are rock stars. Really!
It renews my faith in humanity. There are still good people! Many thanks! I
