One of the most common questions we hear at WCMA is, "How young can a child be to start learning karate?" The short answer is: children as young as 3 can start learning karate in our Little Cranes karate program. We have been told that the families of our students they they have seen an immediate improvement in the child's self-control, discipline, and respect!
Adults over the age of 13 are generally overworked and also over stressed -- whether it's a teenager dealing with school/sports/etc, or an adult working one-or-two full time jobs just to get by, raising families, etc.

This age range also tend to spend more time sedentary - due to a high number of jobs being mostly deskbound, such as: computer/phone operators, teachers/social workers, legal professionals, designers/artists/architects, and many more.
