Our Broker and Owner Mike Hutchins was born and raised in Williams and is currently raising his young family here in Flagstaff. Together with our talented Property Managers, we are able to provide our Homeowners with more than 60 years of local property management experience.
Every HOA and Income/Rental unit has their own Property Manager who is 100% responsible for all aspects of the management for that property. Property Managers maintain close contact with HOA Board Members and communicate directly with Owners of income properties. Additionally, our Property Managers receive strong support from our professional Administrative Team and Accounting Department, as well as Sterling Broker/Owner Mike Hutchins.
Whether the property is Medical, Industrial, Professional, or Retail, Commercial Property Management is a unique niche requiring highly professional representation and meticulous record-keeping. Our Commercial Property Division meets the challenges of this type of management and ensures continual building maintenance, prompt response to emergencies, and professional interaction with tenants.

Sterling real estate had accepted our application on a home so we called our current landlords and told them we would be out of our house by the end of april (less than two weeks away). Sterling real estate then discovered they hadn't ran all the applications and didn't mean to approve us. We are now out of a house and are planing to live in an hotel. Very very unprofessional they can't even give me a call back.

Sterling REM continues to provide excellent service. My wife and I had to move to the valley 11 years ago with the confidence that Sterling REM would continue to take care of our property. Sterling REM provides excellent services from screening potential tenants, property maintenance, securing bids from local contractors when necessary, and above all tenant safety. Electronic property owner monthly statements and bank deposits are always done in a timely manner.
