Last year in the middle of the pandemic our AC went out in the middle of the summer. It's Texas, right!? The staff was great at helping me come up with an affordable solution and plan. While we worked through that, they came out and installed some window units to help cool enough rooms down that we would be comfortable to stay in the house.

Called for an estimate on a new system. I had two other companies quote me and air heat was the third one. Their price was not the cheapest one. Right in the middle to be exact. The techs that they sent out were professional and very mindful of what I wanted and needed. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need and they offered the best bang for my buck. Install was done a week later as I requested. And it only took the guys 6 hours to change out the whole thing! Plus my new system saves me money and it’s working twice as good as my old system. It was peak summer in TX (in July 2018) when my tenants called me to say that 1 of the 2 A/C units in my town home 'froze' and wouldn't blow cold air. I was out of town so I authorized my tenants to contact any A/C repair company.
They contacted Air Heat North TX and told me that they had a technician who was available immediately. Little did I know that the repair guy they sent was inexperienced. When a A/C unit 'freezes', the first thing to check is if the AC filter is clogged. But, this guy did all other tests in

Had an overall very positive experience with this company. The job by the point they came in was an indoor or Total AC replacement.
They were the second company to come out and look at my house, and immediately blew away some of the misinformation about my existing system and my options which had been instilled in me by the previous company. Our air conditioner went out and we called Air Heat to get an appointment. They recommended we change our air filter first, that still didn't do it. That same day they came out to check our unit and Bobby was friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. I would recommend their services in a heart beat! Great company!
