I have American Home Warranty service. They called CityLine to do make repairs to my HVAC.
Matt was sent out 2 days after the call, it was Christmas. Matt found the problem within a few minutes and told me it would take a few days to get repair parts as it had to be approved and handled by the Warranty Company. I asked if there was anyway to rush the service even to the point of my guarantee of payment. He said he did not know of any way to rush the Home Warranty co.
Matt then started checking and was able to determine my unit was still under Factory Warranty (something i had not even considered

American Home Shield had them come out and didn’t fix the problem. They sent someone with very little experience. This was after waiting for 72 hrs for them to come. Then I had to call American Home Shield again to get them to come out again. That means I had to wait another 72 hrs. They never showed up or called. This company is terrible!!! Don’t use them for anything…
