I called this company to check my ac that was just blowing room air. They sent an elderly guy who wasn't friendly at all. I didn't care about his attitude much but when he lied to me, I got concerned and decided to write this review so others can be aware when they contract this company. He found out that my capacitor was out and he told me that he was going to get it himself from a store in Allen for $200. I asked him if it can be bought from Home Depot and he said that it is only sold at a particular store to licensed individuals. He further told me that it is very dangerous to install it when

As an update, Mathis Air & Heat, is truly committed and responsive to customers. Christi provided free service of fixing drainage clog free of charge , because I gave a referral to my neighbor. The team at Mathis was by far the most professional of all of the 4 companies we considered when replacing our HVAC system, from the owners (Matt and Christi), the salesman, to the techs. We received quotes ranging from the company that regularly advertises on TV to a smaller start up. Mathis pricing was fair and competitive. Plus, they gave us confidence in their knowledge. We highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. We will be signing a yearly maintenance agreement with them as well.

After getting over 4 quotes on a new AC unit I chose Mathis. They were referred to me by my mortgage broker and I can see why. Matt, Christi (Owners) and their team are simply incredible! Very professional, prompt, responsive, accomodating and flexible on coming up with alternatives to help you meet your budget. While they were the lowest of the 4 quotes I received. They were mid range. But they way I have found things is you get what you pay for. You either pay upfront or on the back end (with problems). With Mathis AC you get everything and more! You won't go wrong using Mathis!
