From purchase to repair. Staff did a great job talking about treadmills they carry at the time I was ready to purchase (5 years ago).
Further excellent customer service came when I recently called to troubleshoot an error message on my treadmill. Heather took the call and ran with it; contacting company, ordering parts, and keeping me updated. Primary replacement part was on backorder. It arrived several weeks early. Heather called to get the repair taken care of ASAP. Dave (great service and very personable), just left. I could not ask for better service, especially with Covid issues and the

I asked about having my treadmill fixed, and wanted to bring it in to have it looked at. I was told not to worry about it, that they would come to my house to get what they need. A couple of guys came for about ten minutes and left. Then, they called to let me know that they had gotten the wrong information and asked me to get them the serial number off of the treadmill. I gave it to them over the phone, and they eventually let me know that they didn’t have the parts to fix it. Afterwards, I got a $95 bill in the mail... I called to ask what the charge was for, since I never had anything fixed

I bought a Trac light commercial recumbent bike from Columbia Fitness for my home and I love it. Dennis gave me a fantastic deal and his team delivered and installed it quickly and professionally, and instructed me on how to use it the first time. Great experience, quality product and service. There were many people swarming around this project and their efforts were legion. While I do appreciate all of their efforts it is specifically Dennis DuBois and Jesse Munk that I would like to address here.
I found Jesse to be very personable, knowledgeable and therefore very helpful in the technical aspects of the work performed here at the Baker Ferguson Fitness Center (BFFC). He has helped me on and off over the last couple years

The service and support we received from Dennis and his team at Columbia Fitness was incredible and invaluable as it relates to purchasing fitness equipment. As most people do these days, we looked at various internet sites for our equipment, but after visiting the local store in Kennewick, soon realized we were buying more than just equipment with Columbia Fitness... we were getting a team of people dedicated to helping us select the right equipment for our needs and supporting us after the sale. We went in for an Olympic weight bar and plates and also picked up a good deal on a squat rack they had in stock. They were busy, but still got to us quickly. Manager was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely go back for any future needs. Cardio selection was huge and they also offer complimentary home gym design.

I discovered Columbia Fitness while looking for a punching bag for my home gym. (We ended up purchasing a Viking Rower instead). The staff at Columbia Fitness are very helpful, knowledgeable and informative - they even invited me to come try the spin bikes when I have time so I get the perfect fit for me.

They have really good equipment. We bought a whole Hoist V1 gym set up, bench, weights and etc. Great installation service. We wanted to extend our gym and couldn't get return phone calls from them. Audrey never would return phome calls. They seem to feel that once they sold you the big stuff, they can't bother with the little stuff. We were very pleased in the beginning. I wish we hadn't bought anything from them. In short, their customer service sucks!
