Wolfpack Fitness provides a welcoming space for anyone to come and work on their health and wellbeing. Through the variety of classes we provide in Pasco, Washington, we create positive relationships, set goals, build healthy habits, and take actions to support our bodies and our lives. As we empower you and your family to have a healthy life, we know it will influence the health of our whole community.

Wolfpack teaches classes in a group setting. Each class or training session has a pack leader, a certified trainer, that will lead you in your workout. By training and working out together it brings us together as a community to support one another. Our classes are also focused on teaching correct techniques to people with all levels of fitness from beginner to high-level athlete.

The Premier Fitness Gym in Tri-Cities Providing Group Classes to Empower & Support Communities, Families and Individuals. Wolfpack Fitness began in 2015, with the intention of bringing fitness bootcamp classes to the Tri-Cities, Washington area, particularly for women. Over the years we have evolved and grown into Wolfpack Fitness that we know now.
Our classes provide a variety of workouts that bring health and fitness to a new level, your new level. From Kid's Classes to Functional Fitness, to Kickboxing, we have it all. Each and every one of our coaches are certified. We bring the experience, the technique, and the motivation - you bring the mindset, the best you, and together we get results.
Once you pay for your membership you will be able to register for classes in our member portal. Join us for 10 classes with our 10 class punch card. 1 year expiration on cards. 1 class per punch. Can attend 10 classes total. 3 month commitment, first month Paid in full on the day of sign up, runs automatically each month on that day for the next 3 months.

Jerad and Sarah are very proud to. Mobility: the ability to move a joint through its full range of motion.
Boxing & Barbells at Wolfpack is a HIIT workout that combines the benefits of boxing with the benefits of weight lifting. We also focus on utilizing appropriate and correct weight lifting techniques, in a safe environment. Weight lifting combined with boxing will target specific muscle groups to strengthen your muscles, and your core.

I seriously enjoyed the boxing and barbell class.... I havent been able to get that good of a work out that i enjoy and cant wait to go back since high school. The trainers are awesome at keeping the class fast pass and motivated. they do an amazing job at keeping the equipment and the area clean.

I did the women's boot camp and it was no joke! I would get a great workout and lost a lot of weight but gained muscle. It's a great group of gals and a really good way to jump start your workout routine or challenge yourself to try something new. The workouts are fit for anyone doesn't matter how fit or old you are. Sarah and team adapt it to your level of fitness by giving you different option for each exercise if need be. Being in this program holds you accountable and makes you come back for more! Makes you feel healthier, strong and accomplished! I would highly recommend this

I've been going to classes for over a year now. Down 30lbs, 20+ inches and have gained confidence. I not only look better but I feel better. The classed are fun, a great workout and help push you to work out harder than you would by yourself. It's like having your own personal trainer even though you are working out with other women. My trainer is always there to answer questions or help me decide what goals are best suited for me. Love the classes, the trainers and have become friends with the girls in the class. Looking forward to many more years there and to see how much more I can lose!!!

Wolfpack is full of such amazing trainers! I really like the group style training and the fact that it is Woman Only. I am now taking advantage of the new Online Virtual training and love it as a way to stay motivated and inspired all while being at home.
