Services
Advanced Counseling Services, LLC provides outpatient mental health counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We offer a broad range of services including behavioral modification, emotional regulation, social skills training, life transition support, relationship and marriage counseling.
We offer Christian Based Counseling at the request of the client to those who prefer to incorporate spiritual counseling along with their therapy. Mediation is a confidential, cost effective and flexible means of dispute resolution. A third-party neutral acts as a facilitator to assist participants to reach a mutually beneficial agreement through guided questions and communication.
We are able to accept many insurance plans for payment of services. We are always upgrading and adding new insurances to our accepted forms of payment. We also accept Missouri Medicaid. We offer reasonable rates per hour, discounted rates for attending group therapy sessions, and a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.

Advanced Counseling Services offers well educated, caring counselors that offer up the very best in treatment. They are each very compassionate and loving, while also being highly professional with their clients. If you are looking for mental health counseling for any reason, I suggest calling here and following through with your, or your child's, treatment plans. You won't be disappointed.

This facility was so unprofessional and poorly managed. Upon calling to make a first appointment for my son, the secretary proceeded to tell me how I should contact my son's school about getting an IEP for him. She also wanted to tell me about her experiences with her grandson. Considering she was only a secretary and we hadn't even had our first appointment yet, I found it to be completely unprofessional. The day of the first appointment I made the 40- minute drive to meet with the counselor for the first time. The secretary informed me that they needed to postpone my appointment 45 minutes because
