Ann came to the Craddick office in 2015. A graduate of St. Louis University (B.S.N., 1978) and Santa Clara University (J.D., 1995), she was admitted to the California Bar in 1995 and the Colorado Bar in 1996. She specializes in trial practice, medical malpractice defense and hospital liability defense.
Brad was born and raised in the Bay Area. He studied history at the University of California, Berkeley and then attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento graduating with a J.D. in 1998. Following the bar exam, Brad joined Jon York & Associates to begin his legal career.
Nicole was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She studied Business Administration at Boston University. She attended New England School of Law. During law school, Nicole worked at Sloane & Walsh, a civil defense litigation firm, as a law clerk while attending classes at night. Following the bar exam, she moved to the Bay Area to begin her legal career.
John was born and raised in Southern California. He studied English Literature at the University of California Los Angeles. He moved to the Bay Area with his wife in order to earn his law degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law.
Prior to focusing on medical malpractice, John practiced in a broad range of substantive legal areas including defense of civil rights claims, public entities, premises liability, personal injury, and workers compensation claims.His current practice focuses primarily on defense of health care professionals and entities in professional liability matters in civil trials, binding arbitrations and appeals.

Nicole Hannington is very, very unprofessional. Upon visiting one of her clients who's a doctor, she pulled into a patient parking garage where she was greeted by the valet attendant. The valet attendant proceeded to screen her, she grew frustrated and started cussing out the attendant. The attendant walked away from the situation, and she pulled out and left.
