Our mission is conveyed to our caregivers through regular in-service trainings. We determine the success of our mission through a tool called the CaReport. The CaReport is a customer satisfaction survey, which provides us with valuable feedback that is used to strengthen our skills and performance.

Services
Unicare Human Services, Inc. provides non-medical home care. A Unicare representative will meet with the client and address their care needs. Following our initial assessment, we will work with the client and family members to structure a service plan that best suits their needs. On a quarterly basis, a case manager visits each client for quality assurance and care plan maintenance.
A Our staff is carefully screened. We conduct state-wide and national background checks in addition to DMV and professional reference checks. Many staff members have remained employed with Unicare, for several years. A If at any time, a client is dissatisfied with a caregiver, a new caregiver will be introduced.
