Have had pets 40 years and never had dealings with a vet like the amazing, kind, caring professionals at Wachusett animal hospital. I will bring any of my pets here from now on. They helped me with my dog and the price was more than reasonable and the staff was over and above being kind. Even sent me a condolence card with a personal message inside. Wish more places cared like they do. Thank you everyone

This is an absolutely fantastic animal hospital! I was a new patient with them and Caroline set me all up over the phone and took time to explain the whole process to me. When I got there and checked in, the folks at the front desk were helpful and asked questions about my cat and me while waiting for our appointment.
Olivia was the Tech that helped and she handled my cat with great care. Doc Laura came in, asked all about my cat's history, explained what they thought was going on, ran some tests and confirmed their diagnosis. They did this all in a very timely manner. When Olivia came back in

I was at Wachusett for a very sad reason. My beautiful Ezra, my 16yo little love had come to the rainbow 🌈 Bridge and my vet couldn't help me and suggested I take her to Wachusett Animal. I couldn't have asked for a more loving and compassionate send off for my baby, from meeting me at the door to listening to me blubber. All of the ladies that were there for me were the best.

You guys take such good care of my babies. Sometimes coming in is very sad, and you have been with our family on very sad days and also very happy days. We adopted our adorable baby Chewie 10 years ago from you, and you have treated our Gracie now twice in her 9 months. Once for pneumonia for about a 5 days stay (which she had a full recovery from) and you were such great communicators. Just this week Gracie had a procedure on her paw and again, the experience was greaT. I always know we are getting the best care when we bring our babies to you. thank you for all that you do- you guys are heroes

My dog which is almost half way term through her pregnancy, cut her leg pretty bad , I called many vets half couldn’t even see her on a Saterday at 9 am when I got there quickly but with gentle care my fur baby was properly taken and then examined, many options for treatment were told to me and then we made the proper decision. I’m on waitng list to change all 3 of my labs to wachusett vet. All of you

Our dear old, sweet kitty, Babette, at 18.5 years, took a very sudden health failure. New to the area from out of state, I had no vet to call. I phoned every animal hospital within twenty miles of my address only to be told she couldn’t be seen, mostly because of backlog from Covid. The folks at Wachusett Animal Hospital didn’t hesitate, saw her immediately and took the necessary steps to give my old kitty peace, for which I am deeply grateful. Thank you.

Everyone we spoke with, from the first phone call to wrapping up with the doctor, was so incredibly nice to us (human and dog). They fit us in for a minor but urgent broken nail, were kind and gentle with our big scaredy cat of a dog, and sent us home feeling good. Dog-approved; our dog Blue actually laid down in the exam room and even stayed to get some good bye pats before happily leaving to go home.

Had to say goodbye to two of our beloved pets, friends and family members. Although they were both seniors it was still heartbreaking. We had to make the difficult decision with our cat, KitKat. Sheba, our dog died at home. The vet and assistants were so kind. They offer memorials for your pets that have passed. The staff is very kind and that makes all the difference in the world. Highly recommend. Thank you

Yesterday I had to make the hard decision of putting my cat Pepper down after she became very ill. Dr. Ryan and the rest of the staff were so kind, understanding, and supportive, by answering all of my questions and being patient with me as I was trying to sort out my feelings and emotions. I will be forever grateful for the compassion they showed me, as well as to Pepper. Losing a pet is very hard and they helped ease some of my pain.
