Uptown Vision

I recently discovered Uptown Vision after a friend had recommended Dr. Henderson because I had recently moved to Dallas and needed an eye doctor. I was blown away with the level of expertise; he was so professinal, friendly and really spent the time to ensure my contacts were going to be the right ones. I also would like to add that his staff was super helpful and provided a great experience. I would highly recommend Dr Henderson and Uptown Vision, they also have a great selection of eyewear and they really do make you feel like a special guest.

Uptown vision is the best. Great selection of frames. More importantly the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I was worried that Yang who used to always pick out the best frames is no longer there. Dr. Henderson has picked another gem in Gabe who was personable, kind and professional. Gave obviously loves his job and it shows. Highly recommend Uptown Vision.

It was my first eye exam since Jr High, the staff could not have been nicer. From the explaining of each exam, what results were and picking out frames, they were amazing!

Excellent eye examination given by Dr. Chait. She addressed any concerns I have with dry eyes and managing my new cataract and astigmatism.

Place was great staff was friendly. It was my 2nd time going there. The first I just needed lenses and they gave me a good price. This time I went in for an eye exam and new frames and even without insurance they have affordable prices. You guys rock! Keep it up.

I love Dr. Roshi, whom I’ve been seeing for a few years now. She’s always pleasant, explains everything clearly, and really cares. I am also grateful for the lens consultant who worked with me and didn’t try to push me to buy expensive lenses. He made great picks for me, and found them at price points covered by my insurance.

Uptown Vision has a lovely staff that were so helpful in selecting new frames for both my husband and me. They have lots of frames to choose from in a wide variety of styles and price points. They are extra careful with not only a mask policy, but also with the frames. Anything you try on goes into a tray to be wiped before going back in the racks. Their progressive lens prices are in line with everywhere else I checked and they accepted my eye insurance. Sales and discounts are also available from time to time for those without insurance.

Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff! They have plenty of frames to pick from- from the most affordable to the most fashionable. My frames came in so quickly! I recommend this place to anyone on the area looking for a local optometrist. Competitive pricing and top notch facility.

I really enjoy going to Uptown Vision each year because they are simply the best in Dallas. Dr.Roshie and Dr. Henderson are both super professional at what they do. I’ve seen them both, and love them both. The optical has amazing high end eyewear brands that I haven’t been able to find anywhere and the staff does a great job to help you find the best fit you and tailors it to your needs each time. I visited again and didn't know what to expect during covid season but to my surprise what an immaculate attention to detail and cleanliness. As usual I am very happy with their collections it's very upbeat. Five star customer service I highly recommend them.

I called Uptown Vision back in April because i needed to order new contacts, however, the person answering the phone seemed like she had no clue what she was doing and would put me on hold every 2 minutes to go check with her manager about a variety of issues. After awhile I just gave up and went to 1-800 contacts and had them fill the prescription for me instead.

Several months later I get a bill in the mail from Uptown Vision saying my bill is 120+ days past due and that i owed them around $75. When i looked at the statement it showed that I had been billed for contacts back in April, even

Really amazing office. They go above and beyond to help you with your needs. Dr. Roshie is excellent and wants you to find contacts and glasses that really fit you and will keep trying until you're satisfied. Very clean and following good COVID procedures. Highly recommend.

The absolute best service in an Optometry office I have ever had. The staff and Doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. The best pair of glasses I have ever had. Can I say enough!! Have referred by friends to them. The office is very modern, artsy, commercial and functional.

I was very impressed with my recent visit at Uptown Vision. It felt very clean, and I was quickly checked in and put in the exam room. When I tried on glasses they set out a tray for me to put all the glasses I tried on so they could clean them. They cleaned the card reader before and immediately after I made my payment. I felt very safe going there for my vision exam. As always, Dr. Henderson was very pleasant. I'm glad my husband found Uptown Vision when we moved to Dallas!

Bent my glasses while napping durning the Covid Pandemic my eye dr was closed so I called and the explained my problem and ya da they had me in the office and fixed my glasses no charge even though I'm not a patient I will be in the future

I had some expensive sunglasses that I got in Europe that got bent. They straightened them perfectly for me while I waited at no charge! Very nice people!!

This optometrist office is great. I've also referred coworkers to Dr Henderson and they were happy with the reference. Dr Henderson is polite, professional and spends a good deal of time explaining your situation and options. You almost feel like he doesn't have other appointments! The front desk staff is super friendly and very attentive to starting and completing your appointment. Ryan is a standout - he fixed my glasses 11 months later and all under warranty. Dr. Henderson and his staff are amazing! I always enjoy my visits to the office which is beautiful and comfortable. My eyesight changed drastically very quickly early into my forties. This can be terrifying for anyone especially a visual artist. Dr. Henderson assured me and made my transition into being an eyeglass wearer seamless and comfortable. I will have to agree with all of the first timers. My experience was great when I first came. Now That I am trying to refill my contacts and because I don't want to order through them at a much higher rate they have completely flipped! I requested an emailed copy of my prescription and waited... nothing! I called back and spoke to another staff member and I was literally told "we have other things to do, we will get to it sometime today!" When I explained that I needed to order them today the staff member just said "yeah, we will get to it." Not cool guys! I was happy

This was my first visit here and the entire experience was wonderful. The office itself is very modern and the staff were all super pleasant. Dr. Roshie was great and performed a very comprehensive exam (that I've never had done before) during which she really paid attention to all of the details.

I try to get regular exams yearly, but since moving and with a busy schedule- It's difficult to find the time. I was in need of help for my dry eyes and I read great reviews about Uptown Vision and Dr. Roshie, so I decided to make an appointment. I am so glad that I did! From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely professional and attentive. Dr. Roshie saw was very knowledgable, extremely thorough and kind. She explained what I could do to alleviate my symptoms and better protect my eyes from direct air, heat, etc. She sent over an eye drop prescription to my pharmacy which was denied

I haven't seen an eye doctor in years, partly because I've never had any issues with my vision, but recently I was like you know what, it's about time I get my eyes checked just to make sure everything checks out --- and I'm so glad I did!
