Person came out to check into an issue that I was having regarding the lack of cool air to bedrooms. Through out the visit by this person he kept insisting that I would need to hire a contractor with a skinny person on staff (for being a HVAC specialist he was a large man and no wonder he kept suggesting someone skinny). His services probably are average but because of his constant not wanting to help attitude became relevant is why if this rating.

First American Home Warranty (by the way don't waste your money on a joke of a home warranty) sent this company out because our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. We bought the house in April and everything was working fine up until a few days ago. The technician forgot to call me as I had requested the office do and told me he would have to leave if I wasn't home. My husband was there, so he showed him the AC and the issues we were having. He looked at the AC unit and said "oh it needs cleaning and that's not covered. You'll have to pay $500 for us to clean it before

I'm very unhappy with this company. They were dishonest about the report they sent to my home warranty company and didn't take the time to properly fix my unit. Then they said they wouldn't come back to my home. It was a complete waste of time. All they did was insert a new filter, which solved nothing.

Bad customer service, non accountable and rude. They have came and checked on my AC units, then left and done nothing. I have called them 3 times then they said "oh, I will be there", then never heard anything from them. They let me waist 3 weeks for them to give me an answer if they want to fix the AC unit, and guess what, he told me he couldn't handle it! I am done with this business and recommended you not to bother to call them!
