Excellent company, professional employee's. Roy (the owner) is awesome, very low key, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, NON-pressure sales. Leah, office manager, is prompt, curteous and friendly. I had Priority One install a mini ductless split a/c system in my garage.
Had a Home Warranty which (far too slowly at 115 degrees) sent out two different A/C repair companies to our home in the desert - neither who seemed that honest or professional.Both said the only fix was a new $4,500 unit of which the Home Warranty would only cover $1,500! After days without A/C, I gave up on the Home Warranty and started calling A/C people on my own.

Roy and the crew at priority one our responsive and fair. My elderly dad lives within driving range at this company.

Great service. I placed a call on a Sat afternoon not expecting much until after the weekend, I actually got a callback from owner the day after which was a Sunday. My AC went out at a rental while hosting Airbnb guests on a hot summer day. That Mon morning I had Johnathan and Christian (or Chris?) work on my unit. My AC had major problems but I knew I was in good hands. Shortly thereafter my unit was fixed and my guests were super happy.
What did it for me while searching for HVAC shops was the hundreds of reviews with a solid 5 star Yelp rating. Great business, great people, I highly recommend

Priority One installed a new HVAC system for me in October 2020. They didn't try to hard sell me on replacing my ancient system but instead gave me a variety of options. The crew that did the installation was super professional and did a great job on the install.
Fast forward to June 2021. The motor on the compressor failed on a Sunday when the temperature was 118 degrees and I was out of town--with my 85 year old mom home alone. Priority One did a great job keeping my 25-year-old central A/C system up and running over the last few years. They have always been upfront, responsive, and reliable. My AC stopped working on Sunday. I called Priority One and got the answering service. Within a couple of minutes, I received a call back from Jhonatan who was on another job in Palm Springs. He estimated a time he could get to me and said he would call as soon as he was finished with that job. He called within about an hour and arrived shortly after. From the minute he arrived, he was extremely professional. He kept me informed as he was diagnosing the problem. He also took pictures so I could see where the problems were.
