We came to our PD house for the first time this winter since I replaced the thermostat, it worked great during the heat of the summer. Well we wound up sitting outside because it was warmer than in the ice box house. My wife was able to schedule an appointment with ease and they showed up within the window promised. As it turns out it was as simple a a mis-wired thermostat but that didn’t stop their technician from going through our entire system, both heating and cooling.
Not only would I suggest them as a vendor I look forward to them being our go to maintenance company!

This company is Great! They are reasonable, responsive, and fast. They will do whatever is necessary to make their customers happy.
We replaced our entire system and some new ductwork. While our system obviously had to be turned off for a number of hours, they brought in a portable unit and did everything possible to make the process painless. They were super neat, careful and clean. Their prices are very competitive and they do everything they promise.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I arrived in Palm Springs to discover my air conditioning motor had died the day before. I called this company and they sent round a technician within the hour. It turned out to be a new motor was needed. The new motor was on back order for six weeks so we ordered a generic version which they came to install the next morning. Unfortunately the bracket didn’t fit and the replacement was also a six weeks wait. Champion HVAC was excellent. They even made a second trip from Palm Desert to Yucca Valley to address my concerns (which were unfounded). I am happy with my new furnace and the service I received. If you are buying a new furnace, be aware that the new models are a bit noisier than the old. I give Champion five stars.

The name Champion is certainly appropriate! They were able to accurately diagnose a problem with our cooling system that THREE other companies had been unable to identify.

Mike and the crew at Champion HVAC are champs! Absolutely great crew to work with and the pride they take in their work shows. We replaced our old HVAC system in conjunction with replacing our roof and installing solar. The main house had a huge old 5-Ton unit on the roof that did not effectively heat or cool the house (no zones: 2 rooms boiling, 2 rooms freezing). The two casitas had no real systems to speak of.

Had a horrible experience with my last service where they tried to sell me a new system. I thought I would get a couple different estimates. The first company tried to sell me another system at a lower price for the same equipment which I thought was a great deal. Champion was the third company I had diagnose and low and behold all my system needed was a condensing fan motor and a good maintenance. Out the door under a grand opposed to 10k he said my system should last a few more years.
