I made an appointment for myself and a friend for a fun Christmas friends day. I accidentally made the appointment for the wrong day but they still fit us in. Everyone was so nice and My nails came out BEAUTIFUL!! The salon was decorated for the holidays and offered wine or a beverage while you're nails are being done. The pedicure basins had liners which always make me feel like it's sanitary. The massaging chair felt great and the nail tech even gave a hand and arm massage. I highly recommend!

I've had a few great experiences at Maxim, but this one was bad enough to outweigh those. I chose a dip color off of their wheel as pictured below. The next photo is what I received- which was correctly labeled. A completely different teal blue than the light pale green on the display! I mentioned that the color looked different after the first layer of dip powder had been applied.

The customer service here was extremely disappointing. My pedicure was not satisfactory; I got the deluxe pedicure and it was rushed and the person barely scrubbed my feet or groomed my toes properly. My debit card dropped out of my pocket and I tried to paid with Apple Pay and the machine was not working but the person in charge claimed it was my card (in front of everyone and not being discreet at all) making me feel like I was trying to scam the place when you can clearly see the Apple Cash balance could cover the cost of the pedicure. From start to finish this was a great experience. Came in for a mani/pedi for myself and my bestie who is getting married tomorrow. Kenny and Sonny gave us the best service and our nails look gorgeous! We had fancy spa treatments and I think I received the best mani/pedi I have ever had. The gentleman who answered the phone was accommodating and super friendly. The ambiance was fun and very spa like. I totally recommend Maxim and will come back.

I recently came to Maxim for a manicure and pedicure. They're right across from the Waterford Lakes shopping center a few doors down from Nothing Bundt Cakes.
They required that everyone wear a mask, which I greatly appreciated. They had plastic dividers at the manicure stations too.
The pedicure chairs were very comfy. They use the plastic liners for pedicures too, which is great. I got the deluxe spa pedicure and my friend did too. The technician assigned to me tried pushing me to get the next tier of pedicure, but I had just had a pedicure two weeks prior so declined. She seemed annoyed

It was an absolute amazing experience from start to finish. The service is top notch and they make sure your enjoying yourself and having a pleasant experience. I highly recommend making an appointment and giving it a try. I had the Saigon experience and it was worth every penny! My feet feel so amazing!

My mom and I came here two years ago out of a whim, and we had such an amazing experience we have never gone anywhere else. The atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful, the people are so nice and sweet. My mother gets a gentleman name Sonny and I have have a lady by the name of Linda. They both are amazing and make sure you always leave happy. Such a great place can’t talk more highly of the place.

Ask for Henry!!!! Omg! My nails are gorgeous, he did an excellent job and was quick (fill and mani in under an hour). Just had matte top coat for the first time and I’m hooked. Masks still required, but the salon is always impeccably clean and the staff beyond friendly and accommodating. Love this salon.

First off I would like to start by saying the employees are so friendly. I have seen 3 nail techs so far and they all have made conversation with me, there is nothing worse than going to the nail salon and it's awkward and quiet as all hell. Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly.
