Services
Mini porcelain mugs filled with cream of potato soup garnished with cheddar cheese, chopped bacon and chives. Shrimp poached with bay leaf, peppercorns, lemon, and spices then garnished with fresh lemon wedges. Accompanied by our classic zesty cocktail sauce. Assorted roll up tortilla pinwheels spread with herbed cream cheese, maple turkey and Swiss, tavern ham and cheddar, roast beef and pepper jack.
Ordered the Chicken Marsala and roast and not a single crumb was left when it was time to clean up! Delicious meal always. A new staple of our luncheons from Freshella will be the banana pudding! It was a HUGE hit! Will order double next time. Had to write and tell you that your banana pudding was a HUGE hit!
The Frontiers of Flight Museum is located at the southeastern corner of the Dallas Love Field Airport on Lemmon Avenue. Two climate-controlled aircraft hangar-like buildings, joined by a connecting structure on both levels, offer multiple event rental and production options. Our company orders from Freshella all the time and we absolutely love it! The food is always great and the service is friendly. We cater from them all the time and are always pleased with the quality and efficiency. We cater multiple vendors and Freshella is always our top choice. Everyone LOVED their appetizers, sandwiches and dessert skewers at my baby shower! I reached out to them a bit late in the week and they were fast to respond, great to work with and everything was perfectly presented! Will definitely be my (and some of my guests’) go-to catering place in Dallas for future events! So happy with everything!

Excellent food, service and set-up. The team was timely and precise with all requests. I had nothing but complements from the clients that were onsite today.
Things to note:
1. Ordering was a breeze! Miguel offered excellent insight and suggestions that helped me tailor the menu to the needs of the client.
2. Timeliness. They arrived as requested.
3. Set-up. This was a huge plus since it saved me time to work on other items. It looks perfect!

Today was my first time ever eating here. It was a phone order and the gentleman at the front was so nice. He gave me a complimentary drink while I waited and made sure they knew I was there to hurry the order. As for the food, I have never been more impressed. Absolutely amazing. Will definitely be going here again!

Minus one Star for no Coke products, but other than that, five stars. After shying away from this place for many years I finally came here a month ago and I've been back many times since. What kept me away was that I thought this was one of those generic Soup and Sandwich places that exist in every business park area. But this is not one of those places. It has good, solid, and even unique, food. Good place for a casual lunch. I've tried the burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads. All are good. The Dallas Burger and the Ploughman stand out.

Best Catering! I order a lot of catering for work and this is by far the best! The food is fresh and healthy each time! I ordered for over 250 people for 7 individual days and the food was perfect each time! Miguel and Robyn were the best team and always helpful! They also provide vegetarian and vegan options! I cannot wait to use them again!

We order catering for the office from Freshella and I could not be happier with the service and quality of food that they prepare. My team is constantly raving about how delicious the weekly meal was. They do an awesome job catering to those in my office who have food allergies or restrictions. They are always on time and call me with any questions they may have. Freshella provided professional, superb service and delicious food. Our board and executive management recently met for two days in Addison. Freshella was timely with exceptional attention to detail. Their coordination with a dishware rental company was seamless. The food display was elegant and clean. Their onsite staff quietly and effectively took care of all of our needs throughout. I highly recommend Freshella for corporate events.

I found Freshella Catering on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad I did. I have had them cater several smaller dinners and lunches for business and about two years ago had the opportunity to have them cater my daughter's wedding. The food - the service - just everything was wonderful.
This past weekend they catered my son's wedding and I wasn't sure what to expect. He and his bride had requested quite an eclectic menu that included ethnic foods I'd never even heard of. OMG, it was incredible. Everything was absolutely delicious and the presentation was impeccable.
