We had the mortgage for our new home handled by Stephan Schnaiter. He did an amazing job navigating us through our application when things became more challenging because of construction delays. He gave us good advice on when to lock rates and what to do when the house delivery ran late and he handled all the negotiation for that with the mortgage company. Stephan was very friendly, professional and reliable.
