Shawn Ezell - Owner/Loan Officer Shawn entered the mortgage business in 2001 after leaving the United States Marine Corps. Shawn was also an Eagle Scout with Troop 91 as part of the Blue Ridge council of Boy Scouts. Shawn was a computer and networking technician in the Marine Corps (Aviation Tactical Information Specialist [6494]) and was promoted to E-5 Sergeant in less than 3 years of service.
VA Home Loans: We can go all the way down to 500 on these 100% Home Loans. These are by far the best home loans available as they have no monthly mortgage insurance, the best rates available, and are NO MONEY DOWN. These are one of the small things the government does to help its Veterans and we love doing these loans and helping out those who served our country.

I found palmetto state home mortgage at a point when I thought is was impossible for my wife and I to get a house. I guess I was looking in all the wrong places! Shawn and his team are the best out there. Google won’t let me but they earned 10 stars! We had an awful, drawn out, and misleading experience with Wells Fargo, after which, it was Shawn and his group at Palmetto State Home Mortgage, to the rescue.
Shawn was extremely helpful and to the point in laying out what needed to be done to secure our home loan and detailed about where Wells Fargo failed. He helped us to have a better understanding of the process and was there for us through out, answering any questions we might have.
Theresa (Tere) was a blessing in handling the paperwork for the underwriter. She made the process stress free and seamless. She was on top of it in keeping

Shawn Ezell is my main man from now on. He and his tea. Are THE best at what they do. When it it looked like we wasn't getting a house they stepped in like super heroes to save the day. We told our agent he should be using Palmetto State Mortgage for all his clients. When it comes time to buy and sell another home there is no one else but Palmetto State Mortgage for the job.

Alex Parham and Christina Cochran are TRULY the dynamic duo!! They were always in contact when something on my end needed to be done. I had a client attempting to get a VA loan through a bank I won't name who I also won't use if I can help it. They drug their feet...and made it so difficult for my veteran to close on time. I asked to help her out and she was AHHH-MAZING! She was able to get it all worked out in 2 weeks and close asap! She's awesome and I hope to do another transaction with her again soon!
