As Executive Director at Bayview Recovery Ryan serves as the liaison to bridge the gap between the Residential, Medical and Clinical departments. Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Ryan relocated to the Pacific Northwest for his own journey of Recovery.
After working in the hospitality industry for over a decade Ryan decided to shift his focus to substance abuse treatment where his passion for helping others thrived after having the privilege of managing sober living houses in Portland, OR.This opened up many doors for Ryan to gain real time on the job experience in other PHP treatment programs; which in turn gave him the leadership skills for managing client care.

The management here is poorly ran. Communication sucks and they are unprofessional on many levels. They made unauthorized withdrawals from my dads debit and misinformed my family about the OOP fees. However, I give this place 4 stars because this place did save my life. Karl the man who runs the lectures & groups gave me the materials I needed to stay sober. He used effective dual diagnostic treatments. The counselors & Techs are also great. They’re all Bayviews saving grace. The frustrations/hardship management caused me was worth it in the end as I got my life back.

I was at Bayview for 2 months and my experience was excellent! I was fed well, beds were comfortable, and if there was something I needed, they went out of their way to provide it for me. The other clients and techs in the house became close friends! The techs are awesome
and the top people at the center are passionate about helping clients stay clean and sober! I highly recommend Bayview!

Walked into Bayview Recovery hopeless, broken and convinced i was worthless.. through the love, compassion and the overall motivation to create a safe, trauma educated, trusting environment by every staff member from the top to the bottom.. i was able to walk out of their doors 6 months later with excitement for recovery and the life I have infront of me.
