My experience with the staff was all positive and helpful on this visit. I don't understand why no phones for my aunt in her room so I bought her one. Also no bathroom for visitors I drove 3 hours.

I have a friend that had major back surgery and was sent for rehab here. The place is as dirty as I have ever seen a nursing home and rehab center. There are two piles of dirt that have been on the floor for the 9 days she has been there.
The worst thing is how they deny patients medication. I was there one day and my friend had not received her pain meds. She called the nurse and was told that she was asleep when they came by with the meds and would now have to wait for another three hours before they would bring her pain meds. She told me then that this has happened several times. It was horrible

DON’T PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THEIR FACILITIES
This company has put jobs on the line and taken food out of the mouths of people that work for us. We went out of our way to fix their facilities and had their manager sign off the work, only to be ignored by this massive conglomerate. They owe us over $20,000 and have caused serious harm to our business.

The nursing home is dirty and musty. The staff are irresponsible and clueless when it comes to the patients. They don’t seem to care about the patients and have no patience. All the staff always seem to be in a hurry to leave. It is difficult to talk to any of the staff or really know what’s going on with the patient. The staff are slow. For example when the help button is pushed they either come after 25 minutes or don’t come at all. The staff are also extremely and unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. Do not come here.

This business is good at one thing; BEING A DISAPPOINTMENT. This being said, I think that if you are looking to send your loved ones or even admit yourself into a rehab facility like this, then you should think again.
The values that these people have displayed is one that is untrustworthy, disloyal, and outright shady. They have entered into a contract with my business and have refused to pay their bills and owe over twenty thousand dollars to a small business. We sacrificed our time and money to help the terrible company North Auburn Rehab only to be told to, "pound sand."

Called resident care managers at this facility and left a detailed message to return my call, it's been 4 business days and I still haven't heard from them. Not very good customer service, won't be using them! Hopefully they don't "care" for there patients with the same lack of attentiveness!

Some staff were nice. Some we're rude and showed a foul attitude. I filed a complaint with my health insurance company. They lost control of an unruly paitent that injured my hand in his rampage. I complained that night, right after the incident, and didn't receive medical attention until the next day. I'll probably file a lawsuit against this dump. They didn't even clean the floors in my room for a week. DONT STAY THERE!!!!!

A zillion stars for this wonderful facility that took such good care of me after I broke my hip. My husband and friends checked out the three skilled nursing facilities in Auburn and liked this one the best. I am so happy that I came here after I left the hospital.
The staff are professional and friendly, and bend over backwards to keep the residents comfortable and happy. This included some residents with dementia and some people who were just "difficult". The staff treated each person with respect and infinite patience.
Certified physical and occupational therapists worked with me every day
