These guys do an amazing job from diagnosing to repair. They even give you a detailed report on each inspection as well, especially with checking up on each small problem your vehicle may have. I needed to have our Audi Q3 serviced and wanted to try another local shop for this Audi. I found Rob's online, made a call and "interviewed" them before making my decision. That initial phone call and these reviews said it all. Very great experience, very thorough detail and reasonable and fair pricing. Looking forward to using this shop for our Audi going forward.

This was my first experience with Rob's Import Repair. I was blown away by the knowledge and respect I received from Jason and the skill of Heath Fink and Jason Hughes. There were many items that needed attention but I wasn't surprised because I have a 2008 Volvo with 130,000+ miles on it. Although I take excellent care of my vehicles, things wear out and I understand that. It was amazing that each item wasn't a "we need to fix this now". Brad took care of me and it was great , they are very detailed on everything updated for my car, I have a BMW and needles to say were I bought it brand new did not give half of the courtesy or professional service , that Robs Import did. VERY impressed with the team at Rob's. They were extremely thorough with inspecting my Mini Cooper and provided a detailed report complete with pictures and recommendations. Rob’s is a great place to bring any vehicle import or domestic. Their fast friendly reliable service is second to none. I love their diagnostic which gives you a break down of everything going on with the car, and they are up front about what you need to fix now and what doesn’t need to be fixed quite yet. Every repair they’ve done for us has been great. I Highly recommend them.

Had work done on our BMW 335 x-drive. Very thorough diagnostic report, indicating several key areas of the car's systems. Pictures are provided to show problem areas. Good communication and follow-up. Did not have a price comparison, but it was expensive. You get what you pay for though. Overall, was very satisfied with the results and the car is now running great.

This was the second time I have taken my vehicle to Rob’s. I was impressed the first time when they sent me a detailed report complete with pictures and went over it with me. Very professional and very much appreciated. On top of that, they came in under their estimate on cost. So this time, I expected the same treatment and was not disappointed. I got a detailed report which Jason went over with me, and once again I was really impressed. I would recommend Rob’s to anyone who has a vehicle that needs service. You cannot go wrong taking your vehicle here!! I really feel they go the extra mile

Our BMW was having an intermittent starting problem along with a few other issues that we had had trouble getting resolved at other shops...they were kind and thorough and fixed the issues we brought it in for and others because we were very comfortable with their diagnosis. The car has never ran better. It was a pleasure working with them and we highly recommend this shop.

I want like to mention, this is a small shop with highly trained technicians and because the shop is small, they pay particular attention to every detail of your automobile, in other words they treat your automobile as if it were their own

We’ve been customers at Robs for three years with an 05 Beetle. Randy, Rob and their team are extremely knowledgeable, high tech and most importantly, their work is dependably top notch. We’ve never had to return with a duplicate problem and they always let us know what repairs or maintenance will be needed in the future. I do recommend them to anyone, I trust them with my daughters safety, (it’s her car,) and I will continue to seek maintenance and repairs with them.

Avoid. Spent 1k and still have the same issue I walked in with. Asked multiple times if the parts were good and was told they were and needed gaskets but that did not work so was told to spend another 2k to replace the parts that I was told were good. Burnt 1k being told it would be fixed and walked out with the same issue.
