In 1985, Robert ("Bob") and Mary Harvey opened Auto Frame Specialists at the end of Lake Street in Hortonville, WI. For 20 years, Auto Frame provided expert frame repair, precision alignments, and quality suspension repairs to the residents of Hortonville and the Fox Valley. Over the last 30 years, our community has grown, and so has our shop.

Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. They were very courteous. N listened to what I had to say. N did what I asked. No wonder they were kind tge first time I went there. Found out they charged me $100 and did not do the alignment on my truck. Didn't find that out til it ruined a ball joints n two new tires tho. I recommend you don't go there. I found out they do that s lot to customers that go there. Don't waste your time or money even driving in the drive way 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Slid into a curb and damaged some steering components on a Monday, brought the truck in a Tuesday afternoon, got it back fixed and aligned Wednesday at lunch (even with needing parts). The price was far lower than I expected, and the truck drives better than before I slid into the curb. I would highly recommend them.

Bob and his staff know what they are doing. I have no doubt that their work is good. They always communicate very well what they are doing. They'll give you a free loaner if you need it. The only reason they're not getting 5 stars is because their hourly labor rate is extreme. I literally cannot afford their services. If money is not an issue and you want a quality job, by all means they are the place to go.
