Do not trust them when buying a used car. They told me they completed all the necessary maintenance including transmission service that needs to be done every 40k. I brought it into a different shop and found that the service had never been done, the filters were all dated 6 years prior. Had I not double checked them and kept driving I would have been out thousands of dollars when the transmission failed because of their negligence. I called them, giving them the benefit of the doubt that people make mistakes some times and they were very apologetic, said they wanted to make it right and cover

My girlfriend purchased a used Mercedes SUV from these thieves. The rear door does not lock or unlock and the brake wear sensor keeps telling her they need to be changed. They looked once at the sensor and "cleared" it. It happened again soon after. Now they say they are going to wait until the brakes need to be changed to replace it. As for the lock, they say $650 since it has been more than 30 days since purchase. So much for their 2 year/24000 warranty. We live over 40 minutes away. Not like we can just pop in. And a 3 hour oil change for $120? My recommendation is shop somewhere

If I could give Meister Import Motors ten stars, I absolutely would. Let me start out by saying that I am a proud and happy VW Beetle owner and since I purchased my bug, I've been religious in taking it to Meister for servicing. Normally, it's just for oil changes, but they've also done heavier lifting, as well. Please know that the pricing at Meister is very competitive and their work is absolutely on point. I live in Madison now and drive four hours round trip to have my car serviced at their shop. The folks at Meister really take their time in talking me through any service
