Well, I was going to wait until I had more than 90 days clean but 90 days is actually a miracle for me. 90 days clean and sober, without depending on suboxone or methadone maintenance but instead on a 12 step program.... I can't help but give credit where credit is due: God and 12 Keys. I have been to numerous treatment centers before that are an endless cycle---Impatient, then IOP, then if a relapse happens, back to Impatient then IOP... with an emphasis on the disease model. Yes, addiction is a disease, but 12 keys talked about the solution! We actually worked steps while in treatment with

This is a horrible facility, they are not equiped to deal with even the most anticipated addict behaviors. They kick more people out than they ever really help. You pay your money up front and then they will take you for a few weeks and kick out based on non-validated accusations. They even went so far as to kick someone out and then called them 2 weeks later and said they could come back!!! Then they had the person thrown out again and called their PO with false information, now that person is placed in prison, what kind of help is that!!!
