This is the worst place for your loved one, very noisy, have Roches in the residents rooms, and the building very old, should be a warehouse, they don't respond to help soon , and the bell ring very loud all the time, they torch the people by that bell ringing, thank Goodness my husband had been discharged form this lousy place , sorry this is truth

The people taking care of patients are very undertrained and unqualified. Workers with no medical background are taking care of patients with and without Covid.
My family member who has no previous training or experience in anything relevant was in charge of taking care of patients within a day of working there.
The fact this is happening is appalling and should be illegal. Do NOT send loved ones here.

The my room and bathroom are dirty. The lady came in to clean, wiped out sink and nothing else.
It's 9:30 am no one has been in to take BP or do Oxygen level. Am on a heart healthy diet and was served for breakfast, a small scoop of powdered egg, powdered donut, slice of real bacon, orange juice, oatmeal and whole milk.
Also at this time nurse hasn't even been in to check on new patient. Nor is all my meds available. The Nurse finally came in and its now 9:40.

Words can not express the way I feel about this facility and the staff working here. My brother Calvin Bellman was lucky enough to live here for over a year until his death on October 25th. That year was one of the best years he has had in a long time. All of the staff members treated him like he was family. He never looked better or more happier then what he did this past year. How can I repay these people for taking care of my brother because no money in the entire world would be enough. If you are able to have your loved one stay at this facility you are one lucky person. You will never have

My husband, John, was a resident at Stuart Nursing for the last 15 months of his life. He passed away on April 20th. I am taking this opportunity to tell everyone what a wonderful place Stuart Nursing is. The staff members are all very caring. They treated my husband with respect and always strived to make him comfortable. The Department managers at Stuart Nursing all knew John and me and always made us feel special and were so kind and caring. I could not have made a better choice when placing John with the wonderful people at Stuart Nursing. They took excellent care of him. I was there

Normally I don't post reviews but this is an important exception. My elderly father recently became totally disabled and needs full-time care. Our family opted to try Stuart Nursing and Restorative (SNR) after my father incurred negative experiences elsewhere. It is one of the best choices we have ever made. Everyone there is wonderful, knowledgeable and extremely caring. We are also grateful for the attention and services my father has received through the hands of these gifted angels. They don't get thanked enough for what they do and there is not enough space here to count the ways. Our family
