The administrator is a major micro manager, along with the "regional director of admissions" who will send you horriable emails at the end of the day if their 2-star facility doesn't have any admissions. Also, they expect you to NEVER have any time off, be available every day every hour on the weekend with NO extra pay or incentives.

I am a nurse in the home health Industry, and have seen many success rehab stories personally at Tiffany Hall! Tiffany Hall has many staff members with longevity including their administrator! They have amazing physical rehab if you are thinking about going to a skilled nursing facility or if you have a friend or family needing rehab! I recommend taking a tour! ❤️

The care required constant family oversight. Communication between staff and family was almost non existent. CNAs continued to improperly move patient compromising and care or improvement. There are a very limited few staff that do care, unfortunately not enough to warrant risking a loved ones health and future. This is a business not a caring facility. I think a 1 star is generous.

I viewed several nursing homes prior to Tiffany Hall, Most were not very clean or friendly.
I found Tiffany Hall clean and a friendly staff from the Administrator who told us her door was always open, to the front receptionist who always greets us with a smile along with the Admission Coordinator.
The Nurses and aids seem to care and have feelings for the patients, and that’s important.
Our family member is very content and satisfied with the overall facility.

Tiffany Hall is a great place with excellent care, compassionate staff to care for your love ones. It’s a clean facility and very much attentive. This facility has the best rehabilitation skills to get you up and running again in no time. I recommend this facility to anyone in need of excellent care and wanting to regain back their strength.

Our family was very happy with our experience at Tiffany Hall. My aunt loved all of the activities, the salon on site, her food and the overall service she received while she was there. The staff was very nice and professional. She was able to walk again when she left and was doing much better than when she was admitted.
