Dr. Beale and his staff were wonderful to work with. From scheduling to completion of the procedures, everything ran like a well oiled machine. The front desk staff is kind, friendly and accommodating. My newborn needed Earwells and Dr. Beale and his PA, Blake, were gentle, listened to concerns and answered any questions I had whenever they came up. It was also very scary to have to continually have dr appts during a pandemic and the office staff was extremely proactive- they were constantly sanitizing everything, took temperatures at arrival and made sure we were the only ones in the waiting room

Dr. Beale and his PA, Blake are fantastic. They explained the procedure and answered any questions I had and I am very pleased with the work! His staff, Heather and Dawn were also extraordinary as well. They are pleasant and helpful. It was an even better experience than I could have expected. Dr. Beale and his entire staff are a great example of how offices should work together.

I am an African-American woman. Needed to have a a procedure to cut off my apron so I can get a kidney transplant.. I've been cleared by my primary doctor my cardiologists and my neurologist who's actually going to do the kidney transplant.. They have all cleared me for surgery so I'm not understanding why he won't do it everything was fine as long as we're talking over the phone but when I went in they look like they were in shock..it's like they had never ever seen a black person so I don't know what's going on with that but I just think it's Poor
