Brighton Yoga Center is built on the belief that people are happiest and healthiest when they are moving with mindfulness in a supportive community. We believe passionately in the connection between body and mind, and in pursuing lives that blend creativity with purpose. And just because we literally have "yoga center" in our name, doesn't mean that's all there is to our studio.

I was going to BYC for a long time. It finally gave me an hour out of each day that I ever so greatly needed for myself after my daughter was born. It was amazing having someone to watch my child in the child care area when we came. Unfortunately we had to stop going to BYC because when the new owners took over they slowly weeded out the child care with no communication to their customers. They started off by "letting go" of the full time child care staff. Then decreased child care hours to morning only. Then once COVID hit it was a great excuse to never bring child care back all together without

Part of me doesn’t want to review BYC. It’s purely out of selfishness. I was very hesitant to even consider yog as part of my workout regime(loosely put of course). I was also a bit concerned that I have the grace of a rhino in roller skates on a greased, icy surface.
Once I got past my own hangups, I discovered a very welcoming yoga studio with no pretenses and thus far, no judgy, preachy peeps. Just a down-to-earth experience with friendly, knowledgeable instructors who take the time, even during challenging times to help with the practice.
It’s a great place and very family-like. The

Having little to no experience with yoga I was very nervous about joining a studio. Based on the reviews and the very flexible schedule I joined BYC. I feel welcomed, comfortable, and challenged each time I go. I would recommend BYC to anyone looking to start their yoga practice in an environment that will help the grow and improve.
