Services
PARKING AND VEHICLES: Residents will have ample parking space solely for the purpose of parking automobiles. Any automobile owned by the resident shall be parked in a manner as not to obstruct the normal flow of traffic, access to and use of the apartment buildings. Any second vehicle shall be parked in the resident's driveway.

We had placed our application on a 3 bdr townhome apartment here. We could not put down the 800$ deposit until we knew our home appraisal would go through. We spoke with manager (Wanda) on Monday to let her know we would know by Friday. She told us she’d let us know if there was any other interest. When we called back on Friday, she had given the apartment away that morning to someone else. We asked for our deposit back since she went back on her word but she did not give it back.

Overall a great place to live.. that is if you can deal with the pedantic landlord. However, I don't think he is directly responsible as these condos are owned by a parent company. The guy who owns this parent company is a real miser. They charged me $100 because I left the keys in the unit instead of dropping them off at the office. They charged me $50 for "Cleaning" even though I hired a professional cleaning service. It was pristine when I left; maybe even cleaner. Stay away if you want to deal with someone more reasonable. Not a mom/pop shop whatsoever. They act like they are from Los Angeles
