Awful experience. Maintenance comes and goes as they please WITHOUT any notice, WITHOUT consent and WITHOUT confirmation of entering. I signed papers to assure that this wouldn't occur, but they seem to not care about personal privacy. I let the first 2 times slide without notice and then it happen a 3rd time. I then contacted the landlord about our WRITTEN agreement via email and phone multiple times. They chose not to get back about my issue. It's clear they don't value their tenants. If you enjoy privacy, and timely mannered responses for serious issues then I would NOT recommend this establishment

I lived there several years ago now. At that time the apartments really needed renovated. Take pictures of everything before you move in. They tried to charge me thousands for saying I messed up the carpets. However, the carpets needed changed before I moved in, and was told by the landlord that I would get new carpets half way through my lease. Just steer clear from this place.

The apartment has a musty smell, always stink bugs in my apartment. One of the washers does not spin right leaving the clothes soaking wet!!! I did tell the management a couple of weeks ago and there was a do not use sign. But it has since been removed with my understanding that the washer was ffixed. Today I found out it has NOT!!!! Either fix it or get a new one>

I switched from a 3-bedroom to a 1-bedroom apartment here. They refused to work with me through that process and were absolutely no help and didn’t listen or care.
I moved into my new and “updated” apartment and I couldn’t use my shower for over a week because it was broken and Maintenance broke my dresser and left a mess doing it.
I had my cats… brother visit for a play date (I know I’m extra) and they tagged me and charged me $200 for another pet deposit when the cat was only there for two afternoons... no call or anything, just a charge.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My experience living here was very easy and peaceful. The one bedroom apartment I had was very clean and spacious when I first moved in. The process to apply for an apartment was simply and took almost no time at all. The company that manages the property is local, so that's why it didn't take long for corporate to respond. I got a nice view of the woods in the back, which reminded me a little of home considering I was five hours away. It checked off pretty much everything I wanted. It was close proximity to the Eastwood Mall complex and all I had to pay besides rent was electric

I moved into here as a 17 year old student just out of high school, I had just started a new job 4 and a half hours away from my home and family. It was a nice place, but the dishwasher never worked, the toilet commonly had problems, and there were many bugs everywhere in the rooms. However, it was a safe place, and I never needed to worry about having a parking spot. It felt very, average.

Okay apartment place. Always had a problem with stink bugs getting in my apartment. Told management, said they fixed it but same problem came right back. No elevator lots of steps to get to 3rd floor. Washing machines were old and never worked well. Had to go to get quarters all the time. Lived here for year and a half did not raise my rent. That was nice. However my apartment always smelled like smoke from people smoking in building and that came through the vents. Overall good apartment for the price.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! Cost $400 to get rid of the bed bugs I got from moving in here. Heat doesn't work in the winter. Water is regularly shut off without notice (hope you don't have a baby that needs formula regularly). Tub was backed up for two weeks before maintenance came. Dish washer overflowed. I called the emergency line, they said "get a towel". Took maintenance a week that time. They imposed a smoking ban inside of the apartments mid lease with no notice. Management is apathetic and just does not care. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

Lived here for 8 months on a job rotation on afternoon shift in a single bedroom. Great management team that genuinely looked to improve your living experience. Maintenance was fast and effective. Very nicely maintained property and apartments and a quiet setting.
Would recommend to any looking for an apartment in this area.

They don't treat the residents fair or with respect. Place is well groomed but they have no respect for us.

We moved to Ohio three months ago and our first home is in Eastwood Arms Apartments. When we moved into our apartment, it had been completely renovated, repainted, and with some spaghetti and sauce in our pantry in case we needed some food right away. Our mother is in the process of moving into one of their apartments and they are completely refurbishing it (new appliances, everything). The grounds are well taken care of-- and in addition to the pool, they just added playground for children. It is quite clear that the management takes pride in keeping their apartments in top-condition.

I think that the new management is doing a great job working on updating the many items that had been neglected for years. in the few short months my family has lived here, they have made many improvements inside and outside of the buildings along with repairing the automatic gates and parking lots! I would like to see management make the grounds a little more kid friendly with some swing sets and maybe a shelter at the bus stop. The service crew has responded promptly and done a great job with any repairs that we have had so far. Right now I will rate the apartments a good place to live with potential

I have lived in Eastwood Arms for seven years. The property does have many benefits. Covered parking ($20 extra a month), Garages are available ($50 extra a month!), laundry room ($1 to wash, $1 to dry), and pretty nice large apartments. I moved in here for these very reasons. Seven years ago the management was ok and maintenance personal was useful.

Fast forward seven years and wow have things gone down hill. The management "team" consists of two people over in the office who show up late (if at all) and screen their calls. If they don't feel like talking to you or if you have
