Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.

This has been the perfect place for my family. We have lived here for about 2 years now and will be here until we decide to purchase a house someday. I don't get much time to visit the office, but I can say that they have always been very cheerful when I call with a question. We even had a nice surprise on our door for Valentine's Day. I have lived at quite a few different apartments in my years and never had them deliver treats and a card for any holiday. That was very thoughtful.

Lived here since last October and they've been great. My husband and I were tempted to even apply here because when we had a "tour" the Apt manager assistant or whatever she is, was horrible. She was always in her phone.
But since applying, getting approved and moving in we've been very happy! They got rid of the girl we had issues with and now the staff is amazing! Maintenance is awesome. We've had some issues since moving in and maintenance was quick to get it resolved.
We walk our dog just about daily and everyone's been very nice and talkative. We literally have nothing to complain about
