Definitely the best my hair has ever felt and looked, it feels strange to have finally experienced a good haircut and dye job, for once in my life I feel beautiful and confident because of my hair, not insecure. My stylist was Callie and she did a wonderful job and was very nice as well as pleasant to talk to. This place is very affordable and well exceeded my expectations.

My haircwas the worst I have ever seen after my appointment with some Tina person. Before I went yo my appt we conversed over messenger. I gave her a picture of my hair also gave her a picture of what I wanted. She said it was no problem and that she could make it happen. Yeah it was the most ridiculous hair color/highline job I have ever had. I left a message with the owner and as soon as she saw the pictures she seemed horrified. Agreed I needed my money back. Told me she would talk with Tina. Well got back to me and Tina agreed to $100 but wanted to try to charge me for the product she used
