This is a great place to eat if you like Pho. I normally order the beef Pho but always have to tell them to cook the beef a little more. The wait wasn't that long and they have an array of seating options so you can have multiple people. To my knowledge everything is really good and I got the. Hell to the Yes!

This place has the best service ever. This is especially significant considering service for the whole place is often provided by one very energetic server working solo. On really busy nights, she might have a helper. We are always extremely pleased with the service at Indochine. Food always comes out promptly, and is hot and delicious. The owner/chef often makes rounds in the dining room and talks to customers -- very friendly. This is our favorite restaurant in Sierra Vista.

I am a big fan of pho and had a pleasant dinner here with a group of 7 friends. The restaurant has a nice and relaxing atmosphere with convenient service. The food came out quickly and was pretty decent! Being from Philly and living in Cali, I have eaten the best pho at plenty of Vietnamese neighborhoods. The special pho I ordered here was rich and fulfilling. You can always taste the authenticity in the broth. I will come here again.

We ordered their combination pho and beef pho. For take out, we were pleasantly surprised how much flavor was in the broth. We normally make pho from scratch, but sometimes you're just too tired and have too little patience The only thing I'd recommend is maybe offering chili oil for those that like it extra spicy!

The wait wasn’t that long and they have an array of seating options so you can have multiple people. To my knowledge everything is really good and I got the #36 Lemongrass beef and rice noddles dish. There was also a musician that plays really nice guitar in the middle right of the area which gives off a lovely vibe. Overall, really good and don’t be a chicken and you better add that sriracha!

I have been to many restaurants serving Vietnamese cuisine ... This one is at the top of my charts. The spring rolls came with a cucumber salad side garnish. The lemongrass fish was prepared exquisitely - parbroiled then fried with an amazing crispy breaded crust and tender juicy center (I can only surmise that's the way it was cooked).
Hats off to the chef.
The service was quick and friendly.
