We have never had a chance to see Dr. Chiang because the staff MESSED IT UP TWICE for our appointments.
We scheduled the first appointment last December on the phone, and when we got there, they said there's no record for our appt. So we had to reschedule the second one. We live far away and have to drive 1hr to see the doctor. We then booked the second appt which is one month later.
Today we went to the office on time, but they were delayed. After filling with a long form and waiting for additional 30 mins, a lady suddenly told us we won't see Dr. Chiang because he's out of town

Dr. Chiang is professional with excellent service. His staff are super nice and helpful, I was looking for a good dental place for invisilign and saw that this office have very nice review so I gave it a try. It turn out to be great!The consultation was straightforward with reasonable price. The office look nice,clean, with fast service. Highly recommended!

I started my treatment with Dr. Chiang right before Quarantine hit. I set up a consultation mid January and immediately signed up with the given quote (I had gone to 3 different orthos within the same month previously).
Pre covid, I only had maybe 3 or 4 appointments with Dr. Chiang, I'd say at that time, the wait was kinda crazy, the waiting room was always full of patients / parents/guardians!
Now, we live in a different world with all the covid precautions. I'd say the office handles it pretty well and organized. You communicate through text when you get to your

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! If you could find another orthodontist in the area, I would advice you go there. There is no divider in between patients which will easily spread the COVID-19 virus! Bad service worst receptionist. I never left any negative reviews of anywhere on Yelp but I have to share my experience with this one. It was terrible! Poor service all the way down the front desk workers. Every time I spoke to someone, I was given different information. Their doctors are unprofessional and careless, the only thing they care is money with poor service! I saw another review 5/2/2019

Dr. Chiang is super nice and hes always there to answer/explain any questions or concerns that you might have. I ask tons of questions and the doctor and nurse were all really nice and willing to spend time. The front desk ladies were super nice too. I had a reschedule once and the front lady was really nice and accommodate my schedule. My only negative experience was that one of the older assistant was a bit rough when I was there to take photos if my teeth prior to the braces. I told her that the plastic wrap is scratching my gum and she said "just bear with it, you want pretty teeth right

Yes, the Dr. is nice, but in a very passive way. The office space is nice but not enough chairs. It's awkward standing or people standing, they have a whole empty wall for more seating and it's not being utilized. They over book so you are waiting at least a half hour or more. THE STAFF..... NOT friendly at all. There are a couple who are ok, but they are not always there. They don't greet the kids or their parents. I really dislike going there. Also, it's like a drive through ortho. Could have went to western dental if that's the case. The dr barely looks at you. When

Dr. Chiang is the best of the best. I was a patient of his when he still worked at a different practice. Dr Chiang decided to get his own practice and I brought my brother to his office. He is hands-down one of the best doctors that I have met. Him and his staff are very punctual nice friendly and overachiever. Here are my brothers before and after.

I love Dr.chiang and his staff. My daughter has been coming here often for her braces and her teeth have dramatically changed for the better. We are always seen immediately and out there door in 20 min. They have a clean and convenient new office. I would definitely reccomend. Receptionist is very kind and always calls to remind us. Doctor always answers phone even in the evening.

Small waiting area. They book pts to close in time slots, that the waiting area is always full of ppl. They only have about 6 chairs in the waiting area. It's always stressful walking in and seeing pts either standing or seating. They definitely need to invest in a bigger waiting room or not book pts to close together. Other than the waiting room being small and always full. The staff and Dr are friendly :)

Such a great dentist and his ladies that work there, there very good woth kids and very nice .But must inportan the place is super clean , i always look forward bringing my child over for her braces and cleanings and any concern with her braces, i love too that they dont take forever and their work is awsome. Dr. Chiang is a great doctors he listens to your needs, he is a very thorough doctor. He knows what he's doing he uses the best quality material. I had my braces on for a year and a half and my teeth are straighter than I could ever ask for. Thank you Dr. Chiang. The staff is amazing as well they are all very professional. Save me one tooth!
I was suggested by my dentist to do correction of the irregular teeth. After consulting with the orthodontist that referred by my dentist, I was told 2 of my lower row teeth need to be removed. I was very concerned about it because I don't want to remove my teeth. So I decide to consult another orthodontist. Thankfully I found Dr. Chiang. With his experience knowledge, he told me only one lower row tooth needs to be removed and I can also use invisible braces so that it doesn't look too bad especially during the work. I am still in the 2-year treatment and so far everything
