My sister-in-law from Connecticut ordered flowers for my birthday and she used FTD. Parker‘s flowers and gifts in Port Charlotte were the purveyors. The first set of flowers had teacup roses as well as standard yellow roses and both failed to bloom after watering each day. By day 4 all of the teacup roses were dead and so were 50% of the standard roses. My sister-in-law called them, so they sent me a new arrangement of the same flowers. They arrived on Friday and it is now Saturday night all of the tea cup roses failed to bloom and are dead and the same thing with 50% of the standard roses. Don’t

Cost cutting ! Our son did not feel the bouquet was what he ordered. It was supposed to be yellow and orange roses, came as mixed bouquet of daisies and carnations with filler (no roses) ! I always send a picture to the sender if we receive flowers .

I received flowers for my birthday from my daughter. And the vase does not stand up very cheap vase. And the balloon looked like it was for a child. It was very thoughtful. But not worth whatever she paid. Would of taken a bouquet from Walmart and a couple ballons from the dollar store. Don't order. U will not be satisfied for what u pay.

They don’t sell cheap flowers, but the quality is poor.
They stated in the card that” Should you have any problems, please contact us straight away, si we can rectify the situation”
My husband received the flowers in the vase on Monday, Jan 4, 2021 for his birthday from the kids. I wasn’t home at that time. I noticed that one of the 2 roses wasn’t good. 1 yellow lily wasn’t good. And the worst things are 2 of like Sun flowers were already brown. It’s too late to call that day.

We received a nice Christmas flower arrangement, but, there were several holes in the foam block on the back where it appeared flowers were inserted and either removed or lost. Left it bare in one area. So sad, as our son really wanted to do something nice for us. Even with water some wilted in 4 days. Also, driver left it while no one was home even thought they asked us to call when we got home.

I forgot to send flowers for my parents 60th anniversary. So the morning of their anniversary, I urgently ordered a wrapped bouquet and candy to be delivered by noon that day. My parents used to own a flower shop, and they know fresh flowers and arrangements. They were VERY pleased with the freshness and variety of flowers in the bouquet. I am mortified dealing with this florist,! A delivery arrived yesterday from my grand daughters in Wisconsin. The cut flowers in a vase looked as though randomly picked from garden leftovers! I promptly got on the phone and called Parkers. Flowers and Gifts. Port Charlotte. .I debated my concerns as she began to explain due to the Corona 19 virus shipments weren't as plentiful and they were receiving green flowers they cant use, so they did the best they could. Ordered flowers thru TELEFLORA and this florist was the local one chosen to deliver a house warming assortment to my Aunt. The picture I chose verses what was delivered is NO where close to what I ordered. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! I paid over $70 and didn't get close to what i picked in the picture. I understand here are sometimes substitutes however I did NOT expect a totally different arrangement all together without as much as a phone call!! I will not this lie and I will make sure I get what I ordered!!

I received these flowers from a friend out of state. The funny thing is she asked me two days prior if I received anything. Of course, me not thanking her was a red flag for her. She then precedes to tell me she ordered flowers and received a delivered confirmation email. No flowers delivered!
