Pumpkin vase was not the one I ordered, the black decorations I liked on original were not there either. Also one odd colored dif flower in it that wasnt supposed to be. Hard to understand over phone

I did on line shopping and phone calling. However they were most helpful and pleasant to do buisness with.Had I actually gone in the business I would have given a 5 star rating.

Delivered flowers to my home and was very rude. The owners personal beliefs get in the way of a successful business. What a shame in Charlotte county.

FTD chose this florist to do my $130 Deluxe Mother's day arrangement. I can't imagine what these people were thinking but they should be ashamed that they actually gave a customer such a pitiful excuse for quality. The flowers were already falling off some of the stems they were so old. Others only lasted a couple of hours before they too, wilted and died. Between Saturday when they were delivered, and today, ( Tuesday) 12 stems died. They also substituted cheap mums for some of the more premium stems we were supposed to get. I ordered flowers for my dad’s wife’s birthday. They were absolutely beautiful! Plus the delivery lady was so bubbly and kind, making this even better! I so will use them again and recommend you do too!!!

Ordered the Teleflora's Victorian Teacup Bouquet... nowhere on the website did it say that item was no longer being sold. Vivian from the shop called and stated they no longer have the teacup for that bouquet so she offered just a plain pastel rose box vase to put the flowers in. I asked if there would be a price change since online it doesn't state it is not available and it was an inconvenience for me she stated no we don't change prices. I feel like maybe SOMETHING should have been done because their online advertising is incorrect and I couldn't have known this. Flowers were still beautiful

Partially pleased with roses I purchased, little over $90.00. They called me shortly after I ordered them to substitute the vase from beautiful glass to plain silver and ensured I’d like it. In the same phone call decides to tell me they don’t deliver on Sunday. If you don’t deliver on specific days you need the have that mentioned during payment tab so customers aren’t expect one thing and you call to tell them it isn’t going to be done that day. I used this florist for an arrangement for someone dealing with a death in the family. They were kind and compassionate. The person on the phone understood how important it was for me to have it just right. Had a delivery situation to work out and they were very patient with me trying to coordinate that. Wonderful people and beautiful flowers.

I was very disappointed with the appearance of the arrangement I ordered. I paid almost $70 for a small arrangement to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. When she received the flowers she sent me a picture. It looks like the flowers were just thrown in the vase. Doesn't look like what was advertised. Would not recommend this buisness.

I received an arrangement of one dozen long stem roses for Mother's Day. They arrived May 11th, by May 13th the blooms were starting to droop, by the 14th, half of them were fully drooping. I don't know what my husband paid for them, but it was very disappointing. Not sure if the quality was poor or they were stored incorrectly, but the leaves on a few of them were actually dry. Sad...

I ordered a $60 mixed arrangement in a vase and I could have done better for less at Publix market or even to make it myself. What a waste of money.

I ended up stopping at Pubix and bought more flowers to add to the arrangement as the quantity was thin.

Very disappointed. If I could have given the 0 Stars as an option I would have.

You are better off going to the grocery store! That's about the quality of their service!
